Hello I've played this game one and off for a few years. I haven't played the game for a couple of months and recently received an email from moonton in a different language with a verification code. I then logged into my account to notice that my name and location is changed and my friend list cleared, and have 1 new friend on the list, they even blocked my Facebook friends. I looked at the device list and there's 2 devices on there that aren't mine, but I cannot remove them due to my trusted device was my old phone is dead. I tried a account revival but gets stuck at the last part. And the in-game customer service bot is just getting me no where. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? Many thanks

I don't post so much, but I think I need some closure or... just to type my thoughts out and throw them into the void.
If you take the time to read this, you have my gratitude.
A month ago, I was dumped. It blindsided me completely. We'd been seeing each other for almost 8 months and, without sounding dramatic or hyperbolic, it was the most healthy, respectful, loving relationship I've been in. I know 8 months isn't long, but I had taken a break from dating for almost 2½ years after being in several abusive relationships. I had accepted that I'd just be alone and then this person just came out of nowhere and... damn, we clicked. I was treated really well. It'd been a long time since I actually felt like someone cared about me. (I know, that's sad, but I've had a chain of abusive partners since 2019 until I gave up).
It breaks my heart that we clicked so much. Everything just lined up so perfectly - and I'm INCREDIBLY uneasy using the word "perfect" but... They were visiting my city by chance and we met. Conversation, intellect, emotional maturity, open and honest, same humor, same hobbies, same politics and even the sexy times were great. We never fought - just had 2-3 small disagreements solved within minutes. I had previously been apprehensive about meeting their friends and family but... even they were warm, open and loving and accepted me immediately because I made my partner "happier than I've seen them for a long time" (quote from one of their friends). They arranged plans for us in the future. I thought it was going somewhere and I was shocked that this person wanted me.
It was a long-distance relationship. I hear you go "oof." And I agree... I was, again, uneasy about it... but we clicked and we actually made it work. We communicated every day and managed to see each other every 2 weeks. We ended up spending 10-14 days out of the month together. We didn't rub each other the wrong way. Every second together was fun and filled with love. I wish I was exaggerating because it'd make everything easier. I felt truly cherished. I'm crying writing this. I genuinely have no bad memories of our time together.
Unfortunately, my ex just came out of a messy, abusive marriage. We met 2 months after they divorced. I was cautious and worried about being a rebound but I was assured they had "lost feelings" for their partner and the relationship as long as 4-6 months earlier due to the abuse. I believed them and I actually never felt like their past seeped (at least not overtly) into our relationship. They were triggered a few (2) times by similar comments/behaviors I had made but we solved those issues pretty fast. But, clearly, their former partner has fucked with their head.
The other issue is that the ex is an immigrant in Europe. Why is that an issue? Well, because they missed their home, friends and family. The last 2 months of our relationship, I could see how the homesickness was affecting them and I suggested they travel home for Christmas to catch up with family. I couldn't go, so we met up before Christmas and had a magical 5 days together with family/friends, nice outings and cozy times. They were their usual loving self for the first 2 weeks of their trip home and then... they broke up with me. They decided they wanted to quit work and return home to be with friends and family and... not take me with them.
I believe everything they've said. Everything they've shared, posted online, etc. has been emotionally charged about missing their family and hometown and "not wanting to leave" and "I can't wait to come home and be around these people again."
I was, I am still, devastated. Admittedly, this is the first red flag they had shown me. They had made this (emotional and nostalgic) decision to return home without talking to me or trying to include me in their plan, when they had otherwise been so committed to our relationship. They said they didn't want to take on the responsibility of another person in that situation and, unprompted, they had told me many times how poverty stricken, poor infrastructure, and dangerous their home country is. They know that they themselves are going to struggle when they return home and don't want the extra burden of me, nor do they have the emotional capacity to do long-distance from across the globe.... and I understand and sympathize with it all.
They refuse to admit that the past marriage influences their decisions, but clearly it does? They just took on the responsibility of importing a partner from another country to Europe for several years and it failed. It was abusive. When they spoke of their past partner, it wasn't neutral. It wasn't angry... it was... exhausted. They tried a friendship but it was too hard for them and they had purged the past partner from all social media. I never wanted to ask too much because the relationship was still "young," so I just wanted to enjoy our time together and hope the wounds would heal and we'd figure out going to their home country in the future.
I was petrified of moving with them but it started to settle in when I realized that, if I wanted a future with this person, I would have to consider moving with them, especially after seeing how much they missed their family. I actually wanted to have "the talk" when they came back after Christmas but they... made the decision for me. For us.
I miss them. We still talk a bit and things are pleasant. They have been very defensive when I talk to them about us, I feel like they know they're giving up on something and don't want to be reminded that they might be making a mistake. "I want to make my own decisions for my life without the influence of another person for once" was uttered during our breakup.
They have plans and things to focus on, preparations... but I'm... stuck. The other day, I got talking to one of their friends and, when they asked how I was and I... in a moment of grief ... overshared and ended up left on read. I feel unhinged. I hope they don't block me for this, but I'll accept the consequences of my actions.
Thanks for reading. I guess they know their homeland better than I do. I may be delusional but I said to myself: "here, I struggle for nothing. There, I'd struggle for something." Is it really so delusional to want to give up my privilege in Europe to live in the global south?
