Hey all! Long time lurker. I've been trying to pick up some tips and tricks but I still need some help. I'm looking to make a glorious steak dinner for my husband on Valentine's day but I've never properly made a steak. Here's the deal, I was planning on doing what I've seen my husband do, getting a couple of ribeyes, doing a sous vide, and then a cast iron sear. I need some guidance on when to season and with what(just S+P?), how long to sear(I've never used cast iron). Should I pair it with a sauce of some sort, we used to make a garlic aioli for steak nights. I want the perfect cook and crust. Any input is most appreciated! Oh and I do have a proper meat thermometer!

Recently lost my job and am out of insurance. I was denied for Medicaid and when I look at plans on the healthcare market place, everything is almost $400. Are there any affordable insurance companies that are actually real? I I’ve seen ads online and tried Obama care, but all this has gotten me is spam calls. I need to select a plan asap but would rather not pay $400 a month unless I have to. Based out of Ohio if that helps.

It's apple & its IOS. So them can afford to slowly innovate & tread its way unlike android opperators where there is a massive competition outside the samsung bubble
Samsung is outright surviving on its reputation & popularity now unlike a time when they were renowned for some or other kind of innovations in the andorid world. Ever since s10 plus 5G, samsung has never improved their maximum charging capability beyond 45w. So that's 6 colossal generations in 2025 & samsung is still struck in a measly 45w. Then similarly, since s20 ultra, the maximum battery capacity has been obstructed at 5k for 5 generations now
Samsung is seriously underestimating the might & talent of chinese phone makers expecially honor & then redmi to some extent
