hello!! i got my industrial on the first of november last year, so roughly 3 months ago. ill admit i have been sleeping on it so irritation bumps are to be expected but they dont bother me as my ear never hurts (only if i hit it, and it gets red after a deepclean which us why its red-ish in the picture) and usually go away every few weeks. i just wanted to post this to check if anyone thinks anything is out of the ordinary with my piercing? i didnt really check if i had the anatomy except for my piercer just saying it looked pretty fine and then piercing me right after. also, ive been wanting to switch to cones/spikes in titanium but without switching the bar, would it be possible yet or should i wait a bit longer to ditch the balls? any input would be appreciated!

Am I a bad person for still loving and hanging with my biological brother who raped me when I was younger ? I don’t know for sure but he could’ve raped my foster sister too, she got kicked out of home when she was 18 and was using drugs and they were together (foster care and he didn’t grow up with them so they’re not related or have a sibling relationship) and had sex and there couldve been some sort of power play involved considering she just started using drugs and was staying at our (my brother) biological mums house at the time.

my favorite movie is 1408 with john cusack, so maybe something like that, but Im also open to stuff thats scary/eerie as hell like When Evil Lurks or Hereditary, I also really like found footage but Ive probably seen like 90% of the notable ones, not a fan of slashers or movies that are just gore/kills with no story so don't recommend stuff like that please

Currently working with Infosys which have 3 month notice period. I don't have any offer currently in-hand.
It has been 1 month since I started applying on naukri.com. Getting daily 2-3 calls from HR but facing the below scenarios. Please help me with which scenario I should go with.
Scenario 1 - With a 3-month notice period no one is interested in scheduling an interview.
Scenario 2 - If I tell them 1 month notice period, they want immediate joiners with 15 days notice, also sometimes they ask me to get an email from the manager for a 15-day release. (Like WTF)
Scenario 3 - When I put on "Serving Notice Period" then they ask me, do you offer in hand? If I tell them yes, will they ask me for an offer letter? Also, they want some "Resignation acceptance letter" to confirm if I'm serving a notice period or not which I don't have.
Not understand how I can schedule interviews with this much mess involved.
