I've been using the modding guide Viva New Vegas in the past, and while it has been a lifesaver overall, I'm stuck on the "The Method" section. I just don't get it...
For those unfamiliar, it’s about using xEdit’s Modgroups and VQSC filtering to handle conflicts.
Does anyone have any resources to learn "The Method"? Maybe a tutorial, videos, or just general tips?

It’s been nearly six days since the Atlantis update launched, yet the game is still plagued with an overwhelming number of bugs. The Zeus trial remains glitched—if you die on the stone bridge, you respawn at your set spawn point instead of the bridge’s start, all while losing money and wastes time. Kraken spawns are inconsistent, sometimes disappearing within a minute. On top of that, some treasure chests won’t even open, and the newest rods are ridiculously overpriced considering their mid stats. The Trident rod and RoTD still provide significantly more value at a much lower price, making these newer rods feel like a complete waste of money, especially the Zeus and Tempest rods. To make matters worse, the mutation passives for both Kraken and Poseidon don’t even work at all. Instead of addressing these persistent issues, the developers chose to add yet another rod, completely ignoring the need to efficiently fix the game’s glaring bugs.

I swear this community is home to the most insufferable people when they’re losing or playing against a deck they have a bad matchup against.
It’s been years and theres still no max turn time in ranked, and no way to report your opponent for slow playing. And we still have the bs play 2 games without conceding challenge that encourages this behavior
If you don’t want to play against control scoop, If you don’t want to play against mill scoop, If you don’t want to play against hit & run/wall spread etc. scoop. There’s no excuse to be doing shit that would get you kick out of your locals just because you’re behind a screen, it’s pathetic
