I started lifting about a month ago and Im wondering how good my workout plan is (made by my gym)
I do 4 Days Upper / Lower Body Splits (2x Upper 2x Lower) per week
For Upper Body i do: 3sets of each
* Machine Chest Press
* Plateloaded Incline Press
* Lat Pulldown Chest
* Machine Shoulder Press
* Machine Butterfly
* Cable Triceps Pulldowns
* Machine Biceps Curls Preacher
* Machine Rows
For Lower Body i do: 3 sets of each
* 45degree leg press
* Machine Leg Curls
* 45 degree hack squat
* Machine Leg Curls
* Calf Press
* Abdominal Crunches
* Leg Raises
Is this a good workout plan to keep going with is there anything to optimize / i could do to maximize - Doesnt have to be perfect but would like general help and understanding

 | It was Connecticut's first Walmart, which opened in early 1993 as Division 1 store. Situated near Buckland mall. Building's exterior had an overdue facelift sometime in summer 2011 which included a repaint and a newer Walmart logo (without the hyphen in between but includes sun bracket). When it was converted to a Supercenter sometime in 2013-14, the building received an entire remodel which gutted the center entrance (once the main entrance) and then adding two entrances side-by-side (left side is for groceries and right side is for everything else). The interior was also remodeled & expanded as well to accommodate expanded grocery and new food departments. Later in the late 2010s, the exterior was repainted both blue and gray. Currently as of 2025, this building has once again been up-to-date with newer paint while still using the same Walmart logo positioned on the center of that building. Inside, it still features the signage from the Supercenter remodel which took effect a decade ago. So I recently turned 24 and never had a gf and I am a Bengali guy living in Bangalore for several years. I am studying MBA now but nearly done with it and my final semester is internship based so no regular classes so unable to meet girls from my campus and their replies are delayed on social media. I tried Bumble and Hinge but basically not getting any matches. I literally got rejected a week ago too by a girl when I asked her to hang out with me in this Cafe. I had been too shy in my school and engineering days near girls and only recently I have been talking with them. I will be starting my internship in a week or so. Idk how I will meet girls. I am afraid that approaching girls in a pub or Cafe will be too risky and they will mostly be in groups or with someone. I hardly have like 2 or 3 friends so I don't even have a social circle. Is it over for me?

I am legal.. Brought here legally after my father spent years in military service and years in financial payments to allow me to have the opportunity to be raised here in america for over 35 years.. My siblings were lucky enough to have been born here. I hate it here.... Because of drumf... I married and american... Had multiple children here ... I feel I need to move my family away from here..
