Hello Fellow internet citizens. I am an international students who has been working part-time at a Local Bubble tea shop since 23 April 2024. About 2 weeks ago I was chatting with a colleague and she randomly mentioned holiday pay and how she claimed hers in November. I asked her what that was and she explained. That’s how I found out I was entitled to holiday pay which my employer never mentioned cause we never had a contract ( non of my other colleague have contracts ). I had a conversation with my other colleagues and found they’ve all taken theirs at one point and they mentioned that the employer never told them either. They are British citizens so they were aware but I am not so I wasn’t. Apparently my employer banks on not telling us a lot of stuff. Anyways, I contacted my employer and told him I’d like to claim my holiday pay. He initially said I am supposed to ask for it at the beginning of the month so they can prepare for it. Then he said they don’t have enough money to give it to me this month. He said he would contact the account and get back to me. He later got back to me and said I have lost the holiday last because it resets at the beginning of every year. He sent me a screenshot of a “use it or lose it” policy which he claims the shop goes by. I did my research and there are exceptions to this policy which includes that if your employer did not in anyway encourage you to take your holiday pay or the employee wasn’t aware, they are still entitled to it. Now the catch here is, the shop is being sold and closing down in about 2 weeks because it hasn’t been doing well and my employer says they have no money to give me even if I didn’t lose my holiday pay. Will I still be given my holiday pay if the shop closes down and I go to small claims for my money? Also, this very shop caused me an injury which I had to get surgery for and they never compensated me. If I take legal action whilst the shop is closed down, will I still get my money?

mein Partner ist groß und sehr dünn. Er hat ein Problem damit, passende Pullover zu finden. Kennt ihr Marken, die Pullover mit längeren Ärmeln anbieten? Die üblichen (sowohl günstigen als auch teuren) passen auf den ersten Blick zwar, aber sie kräuseln sich im Arm- und Ellenbogenbereich, sodass der Pullover dann sehr kurz ist. Könnt ihr etwas empfehlen? Ich kenne mich leider nur mit Frauenkleidung aus und bin nur 1,60 m groß. 😅

Anyone else have the issue where someone says they wanna fuck and they end up just getting head and getting off not wanting to do anything else? The past 6 months I haven't been fucked or even got off because my encounters just end up wanting selfish head. I even went down to Puerto Rico for a week and still didn't have any luck. Even the guys in the gay clubs. Went to boystown in Chicago and nothing. Went to Miami and nothing. Went to San Francisco and nothing. Went to Houston and still couldn't get laid. I'm not picky I'm not a hassle and I have good conversations and they compliment my pics but I end up not getting anything out of it. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with me. These places are pretty high up in the list of "oh I should have luck."

I'm looking for some information related to dosages and multi vitamin, more specifically on a multivitamin called Maxi Health Supreme. I came across it while searching for a comprehensive multi, and the ingredient list is honestly unlike anything I've seen before. It seems to include everything (vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, plus extras like bioflavonoids, CoQ10, betaine, etc.).
What's making me a bit hesitant (and also curious) is that I don't usually see multivitamins with such a long and "complete" list of ingredients. Most others seem much more streamlined. This makes me wonder a few things:
- Is Maxi Health Supreme actually a good product? Never heard about the company...
- Why is the ingredient list so much more extensive than other multivitamins? Is this a sign of a higher quality product, or could it be overkill and potentially unnecessary (or even less effective)?
- Is it safe to take a multivitamin with such high doses of certain nutrients? Looking at the % Daily Values, some vitamins are way over 100%, even at the lower 2-tablet dose. (For example, Vitamin B1 is at 8333% DV at the 6-tablet dose!).

Hey guys, I want to upgrade my pc. Right now I have a RTX 4070 Super. It's way too long ago that I build a PC myself and I have no idea what CPU I should buy. I will change my motherboard accordingly, so everything is possible. I'm mostly gaming (on a 1440p monitor, 60 FPS would be preferred to achieve). Little bit of office. Nothing too heavy, only many tabs open. My power supply has 850 watt.

One of the most popular Deltarune theories is Chess Theory, the idea that each chapter's main antagonist will represent a different chess piece: King (1), Queen (2), Rook (3), Bishop (4), Knight (5), Pawn (6) and finally a player (7). It's got good evidence and no real counterevidence, but there's just one problem: this game is unplayable without a second set of pieces.
Every chess game has a white side and a black side. Deltarune has a Light World and Dark World, and every battle (except the Berdly fights) is Lightners vs. Darkners. Following this train of logic, the chapter antagonists in the Dark World are only half the pieces; there's still a whole "white side" for us to speculate about.
- White King and Queen: Asgore and Toriel, or maybe Rudy and the Mayor?
- White Rook: ?
- White Bishop: Father Alvin (requires him to not be the Knight)?
- Black Knight: The Knight who's been opening Dark Fountains is presumed to be a Lightner, which means we're actually missing a Darkner Knight (who would just have to fulfill the chess knight's role, not open Fountains). Maybe the Knight's initial defeat will be a fake-out, with the Lancer Fan Club thinking they've stopped the Knight only for the real one to show up and prove them wrong?
- White Pawn: Kris? The "black" pawn would most likely be the Vessel, as the background of the Vessel creation sequence uses exactly the same texture as a Dark Fountain.
- White Player: Literally the player of the game, who controls a Lightner? Like in most versions of Chess Theory, the "black" player would be Gaster, who is known to be fascinated by Dark Worlds.

2025.01.31 07:51 NoWorry3 8 month old more and more difficult to put to sleep
My son (dad) is just getting more and more impossible for me to put to sleep, especially for daytime naps. At 3-5 months it was pretty good, we could put him down, pat him for a while and he'd be happy.
But after learning to crawl and stand-up supported it seems like it is literally impossible for me. My wife sometimes has similar issues, but he seems more willing to be put to sleep by her. (She can also just breastfeed a bit the times he is the most difficult)
If I try to hold him sideways he will be pushing me away, kicking and screaming. If I hold him upright he'll just constantly be looking around, moving from side to side without any signs of going to sleep.
The normal advice I hear is that if they are sleepy but doesnt want to be hold is to let them settle themselves, but this doesnt work at all. He'll just grab the bars and stand up in his crib....
Any advice on what I could try? What could I do different? I dont want to keep relying on my wife to do it everytime.

Set had this apollo go not even 24hrs fyi When I go to turn it on it flashes E3 then turns off. I opened up the handle bars and find everything looks just fine except this one sus loose unpaired connector floating about. It's mounted at +MB- and has just a black and red wire. Remnants of Heat shrink implying that it was recently connected to something that has been disconnected. What is a poker around in there I can't find any other wires.
Any clues????

I’ve been living in Vegas for 8 years. I have been in and out of hospitals the whole time. I’ve even been to an infectious disease doctor to find out what is wrong with me? He said NO, YOURE GOOD. SO, six months ago I’m told that I have AIDS, NOT HIV, STRAIGHT UP AIDS. Not ONE doctor or nurse ever gave me an hiv test or even thought to do that. They said that I’ve been with this disease between 7-10 years. NOT ONE DOCTOR OR NURSE, IN POSSIBLY A DECADE GAVE ME AN HIV TEST UNTIL I GOT SOME TYPE OF PNEUMONIA, almost died. T cell count of 62. My life is crazy with this. Everything has changed. And on top of that the pills I’m taking (Symtuza) is 5k a month and there are FAKE PILLS out there, there’s class action lawsuits on this. I know the cvs I went to the first and second time were giving me placebo pills bc it was HELL! It wasn’t until I had to drive 1 hour to a pharmacy that gave it to me sealed and in the original bottle. Now my health is getting better and I’m realizing I’m sitting on something here…. SOMEONE HELP ME. I GOT THE PROOF THE MEDICAL RECORDS AND A LOCATION OF THESE FAKE PILLS.
