Current meta is team fighting. Crit Gp has always been my favorite but it’s too unreliable and due to the game being around for so long people know how to play around GP. So this is the hybrid build I’ve been playing too great success all season.
The idea is liandries lets you match tanks and the new AP item lets you shred their whole teams MR, it’s insane ! The great part is you don’t give up much damage. More is just shifted into ultimate.
I think grasp is mostly mandatory simply because you want as much health as you can get and to be nusiance in the side lanes with demolish since at 5+ items your ult can win 4v5s. Once full build group for objectives and laugh as their immobile adc dies in your ult.. enjoy !

So I was involved in a very minor car accident a few months ago. I was turning left from a roundabout and lightly hit the car in the front. There was no damage done to the bumper but a little dent in the number plate only. We took photos and exchanged details and left the scene.
Today I received an email from a company named ARL demanding for us to pay them money for the quote of fixing the bumper and renting a car. The quote came out to be just under 2000 dollars which seems quite excessive. The sign at the bottom of the email said "ARL Insurance Team" which seems a little weird too.
Can anyone tell me if this is something I should be paying for..?

I had a really bad day today and got stressed at gas station … I was busy working inside the store where one employee at least has to watch the counter… 3 were working, one is in the washroom cleaning, one is not trained for gas handling and not suppose to be working ag gas station side either and the other one is cleaning at the front of store… so music was playing and food station side was busy cleaning dishes banging and everything and this native american decent man was calling twice his calls were ignored and there was no such thing as “call in” for propane service we usually have people come in to tell us for assistance… he came is and randomly asked what’s your store phone number? I told him “e.g. #0000” then he raised his voice a little “you didn’t hear the phone ringing?” Then i asked him “excuse me? How can we help you?” He then said “well i need a propane why is no one answering my calls?” I told him “sir, you can walk inside and let us know…” then proceeded to say with a louder voice “was there a reason why my calls weren’t answered” i replied and also raised mine “it’s because i didn’t hear it ok?” I immediately wore vinyl gloves to go fill him up but then lashed at me “you will be meeting your boss later!” and i looked at the time it is literally 58mins or hour away from closing and we have to clean up everything and get reports printed done right exactly at 9:15pm…. Fyi we actually ended up closing 9:35pm and glad the kid at work with me didnt have school in the morning because he told me it’s his long weekend break…. I understand that yelling is rude but what if it is in to you as what i mean is you grew up with someone strict and have to show with respect not knowing i will be dealing with customers with disrespectful complain and they triggered defensive response to disrespectful tone… I also passed my business administration course called organization behavioural… i understand what is wrong and right but them asking aggressive unnecessary questions right before telling us what he wants and leaves also wasted our time and have to close really late because of it… there are so many opportunities and ways to respectfully come up to us and politely ask us instead of asking aggressive questions right of the bat… my question now is do you think i should be fired for yelling at a customer because he didnt understand my culture of respecting others and elders…. I have dealt with 3 in my 2 years of working in the job but this is the 4th i was threatened and treated with disrespect at first….. i just dont understand people why they dont have conscience about what if i purposely cross the line of respect with customer service just because you are mad about the phone call being ignored….. additional evidence customer was probably already sitting parked 20-30metres away which is a really close walk he was waiting at the propane area instead he called in and came inside to complain about why his call was ignored then he got upset after he was treated with the same tone of voice and threatened me to meet the boss later… for our company there are certain ranks and has to be treated with respect and message or complaints has to be delivered with respect but this customer mentioned about calling the boss instead of the manager also he couldve came up very nicely instead of escalating this himself… never in my life have a customer called in for propane service in my life when you have second s to walk in the store to let us know because we are busy cleaning for the night…. I know it’s -8°C ive been criticized enough since i was younger working in the station and would get called lazy for refusing service even though they have already lashed crap at me i will still serve them at -30°C cold but now its 2025 people are crossing the border of showing respect to me i know i used to be teenager and all of that when they first saw me but now im 22 and should be treated like an adult human with respect… if you were disabled or have a reasonable story you are not able to come in would gladly love to serve you and welcome you back or not just nicely ask me to help you out and nicely asked about why was the answers were ignored i would be glad to treat you with respect… but me seeing you able to walk in and have a nerve to complain but have no good reason answers why you are calling in for propane service when it’s metres away from the store to walk in… he is the first one to call in for propane service through phone so far that ive dealt with… I am still currently finishing my business admin course and I am already experiencing my course literally and i havent even graduated yet and just a regular part timer since i started my school…. I also used all of these interactions in my course for essay and also my fault situations and explain how i deal with those situations 80% average grade, i know i get these traumatizing disrespect situations but it’s way over too far of customer is always right….. i dont think customers are always right… i would also end up confessing to my teachers or manager how i am struggling with co workers and customers but customers are always complaining still and i dont have extra time to kill and give my self heart problems where i would just end up dying in my sleep helpless after working no sleep because i need to study and finish my course and fight over an ignored phone call at work..… this is actually way too much for customer service i just cant imagine what they think and feel after disrespecting me even i was about to offer the help they needed or help has been offered… its community but this isnt community to me…. I just feel like im being racial profiled because im asian… and yes native americans can be racist and disrespectful towards other races because ehem “they own canada” we are all one human being but idk what makes it hard for customers to act decent for just one day…. Also one time a customer almost called me a “you one lazy as…” i know he was gonna say “asian” but i yelled “spit out the full sentence that you want to express about me finish it!” then he goes “sorry nvm, just clean the damn car windows” jesus am I just being a lazy ass asian working at gas station no matter how hard i clean and treat them with good service i dont get good respect from them.. they would also purposely wipe human faeces on the walls and have to spent more time in cleaning then getting shit on by customer by the end of day…. Can anybody just advise me what to do for now since im getting paid 18$/hr currently earning 1000$ or below, i get paid cheque bi weekly and paying bills left with 100-200$ in cash after paying bills to survive and have to deal with customers like this… im also bombarded with sadness and im losing hope with school and work and also struggling with a broken family… I also have had help young kids i work with, i spoke up for them because customer made them cry and i dont like a swaggy no respect attitude when it comes to customer service doesn’t matter how wrong and bad the service was and still needed to be treated with respect and we will do the right thing and satisfy your service..… i would call it a common decency problem with customer at work…
