It's been 2 years since I was injured gaming and typing for long periods in my last semester of college. Bilateral tendinosis of the fingers, wrists, forearms, and elbows, confirmed in MRI. I'm not even 30 and my body is giving up on me. Tried 3 occupational therapists, seen pain specialists, orthopedic hand doctors, and a physiatrist. Nothing has helped. It's not getting better. I want my old life back. My hobbies are dead, work is painful. There is no joy in my life anymore, only pain and regret. I miss better days. This doesn't feel like "living". Some days I question why I'm still here.
I fully expect this bullshit to haunt me until I die. Which honestly... I hope is sooner rather than later. I already struggle immensely with major depression. This shit makes me genuinely wish I was dead some days. I feel cheated of the life I could have had. The one I have now... doesn't feel worth living. The pain has made me anxious, sad, and bitter. I miss life before RSI. I don't believe in a cure at this point. I want out of this wretched, defective body. š

Scoot started tonight and looked phenomenal again, but Sharpe is still being brought off the bench, ever since Chauncey made the switch to penalize Shaedon for lackluster defensive effort. The Blazers have now gone 6-1 in the last 7, and have had the leagueās best net rating during that stretch. While Sharpe came off the bench, he played 32 minutes, compared to Anfernee Simons playing 21 min as a starter.
What do you think, is it time to start Scoot and Shaedon together, or should we keep Sharpe coming off the bench for now?

Unit tests often provide so little value that I basically don't pay attention to them in code reviews. Instead in of looking at the code, I ask if the dev ran positive and negative tests.
My current situation is that integrations with services matter much more than internal logic, hence the lack of care about high quality unit testing. I only review unit tests when there is local unit testing being done against completely local logic (sorting, optimizing, just anything with a localized algorithm).
I'm so jaded with the value of unit testing when (in a FAANG business context) when what you're mostly with is passing or enriching data. The value in unit testing has become a performative metric for the most part.

I will keep it short. Started meditation a couple of years ago and used to feel tingling at the end of the spine. It used to come and go, nothing major.
Started a deep sadhana a few days ago and the vibration were strong. A couple of days ago I had an internal orgasm in my root chakra almost like an energy explosion. I was in the bliss of several minutes. The pleasure was something Iāve never felt experienced. 20 minutes later i had another one while not meditating. I was laying in that bliss for an hour. Still have vibrations all day long.
Trying to understand what happened and how to move forward.
