前面提到了，应试教育的优点在于可以将学生的培养标准化，那么我们扬长避短的目标就是将学校改造成一座超级工厂，将学生培养成一颗颗超级螺丝钉，为了达到这一个目标，改良可以从以下方面入手
第一，砍掉所有不适合标准化考核的学科，留下一个最适合标准化考核的学科。在应试教育下，语文作文与其说更像文学，不如说更像申论，更不用说像历史，政治这种学科，这是完全不适合应试的，所以为了追求高效，这些学科必须砍掉，而留下一门最适合量化的学科，数学。
第二，严格的社交隔离制度。一个超级螺丝钉是不需要社交技能的，对于中国做题家来说，社交第一个场所通常是宿舍，这会消耗螺丝钉们的精力，从整体上是不利于效率的，应当建立单人宿舍，这同样能节省学校对于学生社会的管理成本。
第三，丰厚的竞赛奖金，以及平等参加竞赛的机会。集训式的竞赛培训体系确实会让一小部分掐尖的学生得到充分培养，但是总体上来看集训班垄断了竞赛知识的传授，并且集训队的选拔方式更多时候选拔的不是天才，而是家里有渠道的学生，这是不利于整体效率的。应该取消集训班，把所有竞赛教材公开，并提供丰厚的竞赛奖金，这样更有利于选拔出真正有天赋的学生。
第四，下放权力给教师，一个高效的流水线需要一个可以及时对流水线进行调整的工人，可以设计一套系统，使得教师可以通过程序每年开除一到两个学生。

So I downloaded the game last night ans tried to play this morning, I've played it alot on pc and never had problems with matchmaking on my server or anything, but on PS5 now on the same server and account I cant find any matches, I turned crossplay on and still no difference, I've waited for so long and I just can't find a game. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there something I'm doing wrong maybe? Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏

Hey guys, So a friend can’t add tracks to his Playlists on AM. He just recently switched from Spotify to to AM
Unfortunately and for safety reasons (he’a an artist) he doesn’t use iCloud.
So now, he’s facing this issue, which seems odd, because unless spotify, AM uses cloud.
Here’s what pops up:
To add songs and playlists to your library, you need to use the Cloud Music Library.

Hej, cieszę się że znalazłem polski reddit o inwestowaniu :)
Mam pytanie dot. inwestycji w ETF w ramach IKE (poprzez XTB). Interesuje mnie głównie ETF który odzwierciedli indeks S&P500, więc moje dotychczasowe znaleziska to m.in.:
- Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF USD Accumulation - IE00BFMXXD54
- SPDR S&P 500 UCITS ETF USD Acc - IE000XZSV718
Czy z punktu widzenia Polaka który tutaj pracuje i wydaje złotówki powinienem stawiać na ETFy które operują w EUR, GBP czy USD? Widziałem tez opinie że nie ma róznicy bo "bazowy" fundusz i tak jest w USD. A może kupować USD/EUGBP i przelewać je na XTB?
Przede wszystkim obawiam się zmian kursu, tj. kupię USD gdy złotówka jest słaba, ETF w przeciągu 15 lat zrobi np. 100%, przy czym kurs USD spadnie (PLN się wzmocni), co tak naprawdę spowoduje "pożarcie" części profitu przez zmianę kursu. Czytałem też o PLN-hedged funduszach (znalazłem Beta ETF S&P 500 PLN-Hedged oferowany przez Agio Funds), ale tam podobno są duże opłaty co realnie wpływa na zysk z inwestycji.

We don't have any intimate problems and according to him I have nothing to do with his worry. since then I've been distant, cold, I'm afraid I won't get back the relationship we had, I constantly have a lump in my stomach, I can't move on.
This has broken a few things in our relationship and I'm afraid for the future of our marriage. How should I react if I find out in a while that he's done it again? because of course it could happen.
I'm so angry at him for ruining everything.

I decided to buy the Kindle Scribe, but unfortunately, I didn't know that it doesn't have the split-screen feature, which is quite upsetting as I like taking notes when reading or studying. However, it does have the option to add sticky notes, which somewhat divides the screen, as you can place the sticky note at the top or bottom. What I don't understand is why sometimes it lets you use handwriting on the sticky notes, and other times you can't add handwritten notes. I've read that if you share PDFs through "Send to Kindle," you can't handwrite on the sticky notes, but if you transfer the files via email, you can? Is this correct? Also, I converted a picture into a PDF, shared it via "Send to Kindle," and it didn't allow me to make notes. If I send it via email, will it allow me?
Do we know if they will add this feature soon? If you install Koreader, can you split the screen?

I've played videogames since I was a kid. There was a time in my early 20s when I was playing everyday and said to myself, "why not stream?" So I hopped onto twitch and all I had was my xbox one and the kinect 2.0 as my camera.
To make the story short, I switched to youtube in 2024 and started to take it more seriously. I mostly do live streams and then I make playthrough highlights for those who are busy and can't sit through a 3hr stream. When I used to watch my analytics, most stats came from livestreams, no one bothered with past videos.
Recently my videos have began to pick up traffic, views and watch time. Last 90 days watch time has increased 840%. I am in disbelieve. For some reason I think to myself "who would watch me?" I know I've been working towards this but it seems a bit unreal. I have a really small channel (111 subs) and my numbers might be nothing compared to others but I'm still at awe. I know I shouldn't feel the "impostor syndrome" because I've worked hard, but still...
