So essentially I’ve tried to do some printing on t-shirts and the print going well (family Xmas present) - but the tshirt I got was pretty cheap cause I had to be careful with money and couldn’t spend hundreds on tshirts for some pressies and it was a first try (think target, Kmart, big w). It went well so I’m thinking of bulk buying some to get the tshirt price down (quantity of tshirts would be in the tens not hundred though) and have seen Gildan which has been mentioned on the sub and the pricing looks decent - they list it as heavy cotton adult tee. Since I can’t see it before buying though I was wondering if anyone has either some recos or if they have bought them before and if the thickness is good for a white shirt?

For example, let’s say a senior who constantly has issues going to the bathroom when going dining in this restaurant. i'm in Texas and i feel kinda cooked, but after thinking it over i think i want to stay and fight
i'm aware of a few organizations like Equality Texas, and the DSA/PSL are always doing something productive i think. is anyone part of these or other organizations? which ones would you recommend joining? what plans of attack are the most effective and why?
some naive and uninformed ideas i've had (please tear it to shreds, i have no idea what i'm doing):
- organize as many people in your local community as possible to collectively monitor and pressure your local representatives
- organize campaigns to punish politicians (especially yours) who vote against our human rights or other interests (not just promising to vote against them, but bullying them however is possible within the confines of the law)
- work to spread a counter-message to our neighbors that we are not monsters, that we're humans too and we're not their enemy -- give them a better enemy if possible (the owning class (capitalists)).
- organize coordinated and large-scale boycotts punishing corporations that act against us or support politicians who promise to harm us
- organize coordinated and well-planned protests with very specific policy demands and with strict messaging discipline and media training, if possible (i know that's asking a LOT, but this would be the ideal)
- (is reddit even a good place to talk about this? are people involved in this work avoiding reddit?)
this is directed towards folks who do have a few spoons left and who want to use those spoons to smash some shit

In other words, can short-term capital losses from a family member’s account be transferred through gifting and then used to offset gains in my account? I’ve found plenty of resources on the tax implications of gifting stocks and short-term capital gains, but I haven’t found anything specifically addressing whether losses can be transferred this way."

I don’t believe in God mostly because I can’t believe in stuff. I don’t know how faith feels. I try to “believe” in god but I’m forcing myself to pretend to know what believing feels like. Faith or believing is a concept my brain can’t do. I may be overthinking this It’s probably allot of other factors, maybe depression causes numbness and emptiness lack of care.
I still think religion itself is a bullshit scam. Trump supporters are a perfect example. They believe in god but hate everyone who is illegal and look at immigrants as beneath them.
Honestly I don’t even know what I’m trying to get at anymore just believe in what you want. I’m just live day by day see where that takes me

Hi guys, im looking to get a creality k1c as my first printer and want to know what filament should i use with it, i watched a couple of filament guides and PLA just deforms at about 40C and the temp in Delhi goes upto 50C in the summer so I'm confused as to what should i matierial should i use, I'll be mainly printing functional and mechnical stuff so I need the material to be durable in the sometimes hot or humid or cold weathers of Delhi. As far as I know, other options like PETG is quite hygroscopic, ASA produces fumes and warps ( i dont think this will be a problem for the k1c) and ABS shrinks making it a bit of an issue for aize accurate prints. This is what I know from various guides that i have gone through and I don't know how much of an issues this things are in real life or the guides were just exaggerating them. Let me know how has your experience been with different filament in a weather like ours which can go from 5C to 50C or have very high humidity even in summers. Thanks.

Hey! I have a senior dog (chihuahua, 13 years) and her anal area got inflamed or something like that. We have an appointment to see our vet in 4 days (was the soonest we were able to get) but she is currently in pain, I used to have some pain relief for my dog but it recently expired so I cannot give her that and I’m unable to buy some right now. So to start I do not have autism and im not trying to hate just understand. I have a roommate who is autistic and has a cornucopia of serious mental issues like bpd schizophrenia and some others. 1st question: Why whenever I'm doing a task how ive always done said task or talking about how I still continue to play a specific video game after 13 yrs etc. He says it's a sign of autism and im probably autistic (personally to an extent feel like he's wanting to relate to a degree but its also slightly irritating and makes me feel like it's just one of those things that oh all because autistic sometimes do this it must mean im autistic). 2nd question: this is about his schizophrenia he has told us how visions have told him to kill us all and he even has/had a plan on how to do it (he is on medication) should I be worried about this? Last question idk if this might be a product of the autism or his upbringing but he has a severe lack of accountability its seems to me at least that he blames other people or things for his own poor actions e.g: I walked through the front door a while back to see him throw a thick wooden spatula at one of our roommates small dogs I started yelling at him how thats fucked up(I did get a little to upset seeing that due to an already fucked up day so I took it unwell) and so he starts yelling back at me how it's their fault (the other roommates) and he's told them before he doesn't want it in the kitchen (from my pov of walking in the door the dog was outside the kitchen) but I just personally couldn't justify throwing larger hard objects at a small dog just cause it was in the kitchen.
Please any advice about any of these questions would be helpful he's not a bad guy and I don't want it to seem like im hating im just trying to understand him better cause we have only known eachother about a year and a half now.
