For those who filed and approved, did you see doctopsychiatry while on duty or off duty?
I only saw one time in BCT 5 years ago,and I thought it is just military lifestyle got me anxious.
But it got worsen for the past couple months for different reasons and I started seeing my civilians doctors. On meds and therapy/psychiatry now.
Are they still counted service related ?
I am still serving in national guard

Moin, kurze Facts zur Situation: ich habe vor ein paar Monaten einen neuen Job begonnen. Meine Probezeit endet im April. Mein Arbeitgeber hat mich bereits im Dezember angesprochen, eine Fobi (1200€) im Januar zu machen. Nun sieht es so aus, dass ich zu April kündigen werde, das war zu Beginn der Fobi aber noch gar nicht klar und hat sich in kürzester Zeit so ergeben.
Nun denke ich natürlich neben dem unangenehmen Gespräch eben an diese Fobi. Wir haben schriftlich nichts vereinbart, es gibt keine Verpflichtungen und auch mündlich wurde da nichts geschlossen, es gab sogar mal eine Aussage, dass die AG diese Fobi einfach mitmacht ohne was zu wollen. Ich meine rechtlich kann der AG die Kosten nicht zurückverlangen. Jedoch möchte ich kein böses Blut hinterlassen, ich gehe auch nicht aus Unzufriedenheit oder Sonstigem, es hat sich nur etwas ergeben, das mich mehr erfüllt.
Für Ratschläge, Erfahrungen etc. wäre ich dankbar.

I would be interested to know what you would think which type my friend is. I think he's a estj?
He seems often grumpy
When he explaind something, a lot of people doesn't get what he want them to to do because he explains so complicated. Even math sometimes. If I explain it to our son, he knows what he has to do. If my friend explains it he often doesn't know what to do.
He doesn't talk about private things, even with me. He prefers talking about sports, politic, his "awesome" selfmade career.
He often changes topics while talking about something. Like you're talking about football, then his work, after a while back to football. Then about politic, back to football.
He gets angry very fast.
He doesn't have problems with active talking to people. He approaches them and starts talking until someone says it's getting late, he should go now.
Sometimes he seems to be a bit... Dumb? he stacked boxes with metal signs. At some point I said stop, it's tipping over. He happily continued to stack until it finally toppled over and he was angry because he had to rearrange everything.

I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 36+5, and I’m 37+1 now. I decided to have what seemed like healthy protein pancakes (2 regular sized), with sugar free syrup, bananas and strawberry, and no drink. I spiked to a 153 and felt so awful 😭 It sucks being diagnosed so late, I have to play it as safe as I possibly can, and I don’t exactly know what works and doesn’t work for me. Thankfully my numbers were below the limit the rest of the day, but I still feel guilty lol.
