Hello I started to consume dairy products a while ago, after a long pauke, and noticed that I end up feeling very dehydrated and needing to pee like all the time (regardgless of whether there’s lactose or not in the product). I do have type 1 diabetes, but this is not caused by high blood sugars since my sugars have in fact been as good as or even better as of late.
I just wanted to ask whether anyone else have experienced similar issues from consuming dairy products? I may need to step back from dairy. I’m a bit worried that my bones will shatter from a lack of calcium.

I'm in a 4.5 year relationship with a man who I love dearly. But we don't have sex. In all three of my relationships with men I've stopped wanting to have sex after the honeymoon phase, but during the honeymoon phase was very much into it. I have GAD and depression and about 6 months ago I had a big panic attack worrying about the future and what I want and suddenly if I was actually gay. I have previously kissed a few girls when drunk and have found myself drawn to looking at a lot of girls, and realised when I watch porn I'm watching the women/watching lesbian porn. I don't know whether I want to be with a girl but given I'm not really "with" my partner right now I'm not sure whether I want to be with men either. I had a difficult childhood and witnessed domestic abuse. Everything is making so hard to know whether to move forward with my partner or to split (lose a wonderful man) and discover myself. Just any thoughts or advice would be really welcome because I'm in such a bad place with my mental health.

2025.01.31 08:53 DrShoeSize How this lantern rite made me feel as a day 1 player
When I first started playing genshin everything felt magical, especially with the story. But I can't help but feel that the story telling was getting more bloated, and the events were becoming less memorable. My favourite events were the albedo and guoba events and those were years ago. It got to the point where I felt like I was becoming a grumpy player who is just complaining about how bad their story telling all the time. The natlan archon quest was my least favourite and almost made me give up on genshins story once and for all.
I just finished the lantern rite. Unfortunately I got a little spoiled when someone mentioned Hu Tao's "death". Regardless, Hu Tao's story in this event felt really impactful from her dad/grandpa's past, her saying "goodbyes" to everyone, her last talk with zhongli, to her turn performing the ritual. Even though it was obvious the traveler was going to save her, them saying everyone was waiting for her felt so important. Hu Tao gave us a whole speech about her dad failing and not being able to let go, but you can tell in her expression as she was being saved that she was also attached to the world and to her loved ones.
I don't cry from these stories, but I noticed my voice was a little shaky. The final scenes gave me a little spark of that magical feeling I once had years ago when I first started playing.

2025.01.31 08:53 Party-Love-9384 I’m just so tired
1 year post separation and divorce from the love of my life. I’m just so tired of living. Tired of these feelings, thoughts, regret, and doubt. Self destructive and already attempted a few times in the past year with the last attempt landing me in psych on involuntary hold. I just see no reason to this madness we call life. Maybe its ptsd from all the death I’ve seen, all the evil in the world. Maybe its depression from being unable to fulfill my ex wifes life in any way, shape, or form. Maybe I’m just a broken human being that doesn’t deserve happiness. I’ve been on pills, done therapy yet nothing actually makes me feel better. The only reason I’m still here is the guilt of what I would put my ex and 2 kids through. I had no plans to be alive right now. My whole world stopped the day she left and I’ve dug a hole so deep there is no possible way to get out. I lost my home, family, and probably my job as well (emotionally numbing but well paying) as I haven’t been there since she left. I tried so hard to self improve and yet in the end I’m just left feeling the exact same. No matter what I do the outcome is always the same. I’m just so tired most nights I hope I just don’t wake up at all but even with sleeping pills I can only manage to sleep 4-5 hours. I’m just so tired of this. I really do think I’m just broken.

I was trying to renew the token. But i made a mistake thinking I need to upload apple push notification cerfiticate, and that overwrited the real public key where you originally created during the setup.
So the token generated now from ABM does not match, resulting decryption error.
Is it possible to re-download the public key?
