Adopted, Indigenous and Canadian (30f) looking for opinions on what info could be beneficial to track as my mental and physical health are at high risk of deterioration. Hospitalized 5+ times in the past 6 months.
I have been diagnosed ADHD, GAD, and ASD as an adult, medical notes from childhood doctors suggesting that I have mild autism (Aspergerβs), and other solid proof that I need to take my health seriously. Both biological parents have mental health conditions and are in assisted living facilities. Adopted into a white Christian Nationalist household where my healthcare was more of a backburner pray-it-away situation.
Prescribed Meds: 90mg Vyvanse, 150mg Effexor XR, 1800mg Gabapentin (600mg 3x a day although due to low Creatinine levels at 47, I tend to skip the evening dose) Misc: no alcohol, yes grass, yes snow, yes vape

I am looping through the form array and based on the index, I want to update the model's type when selected. Please see the code where I had added comment with the issue.
Looping form array using reqDTO.body.form.enumerated() and getting the index. This will show form elements which are key value pairs of text field with a button in the key field. Tapping the button of the form[i] th element, it show an selection list with "text" or "file". If I choose file, it should update the form[i].type to file. But it changes for all other form elements. How to maintain the state based on the index? Thanks.

Maybe something new in my life is doing me good. I suffer from BPD with depression with sadistic traits and maybe, I'm finally starting to feel something more positive. I've been alone for years, depressed, suffering and it's not that it's gone away but I feel like I can keep my life under control a little, it seemed impossible for me, I didn't think I would be able to feel "well". All this to tell you how mentally important it is to think about yourself, feel and respect yourself. The pain hasn't gone away and I know it will never go away but I have found a balance between my perception and what I can actually do. Years ago I risked going mad, and in recent years I have been a cashier welcoming people to restaurants. I took a leap, I threw myself into something new because I really wanted to do it but I didn't have the courage and he's always the bartender in that restaurant. How much I'm enjoying it, how good it makes me feel to do this... Listen to yourselves, you are yourselves first supports, find a way out knowing that it is always there. 26m, have a dificulty to remember consequences, and it might ruin my life
Basically was late for my job 30m, was partying until 2am and couldnt wake up, sleep trough 5-7 alarms, honestly dont even remember turning them off, this is a pattern
This was the 2nd time in this new job, have been here 2,5 months, might be on my last warning if I dont get let go
On the 1st time was because I played vidya until late, after the 1st meating with boss, setted up more alarms, downloaded alarmy, asked parents to call me to wake up, and straighned up sleep schedule. Well weeks go by and start going to the social that occurs on wednsdays but was able to wake up barelly on time untill yesterday occurs...
"well its 3am, work its a 9h30, 6h sleep, good enough, you can go socialize, you can wake up"
Its like I forget what can happen, or like cant picture the consequences and just "trust me bro" to myself
Last job also had problems with this, and was one of the contributions to them not renewing contract with me
The thing is that from 19-24 I really struggled finding a area that I tolerated and paid decently, and if eventually im not able to find a job because of this, the axiety and shame that I felt in those years, feeling it again will destroy me, Ive actually scared to go to sleep, what if I dont wake up in time
Now I guess what I have to do is compromise to myself to go to bed before midnight and buy I dont know a shock watch ot something extreme like that, but the thing is Im afraid that in a few weeks Ill go back to "trust, we can wake up"
Dont know why I cant just make better decisions or at least not be a zombie that instead of eating brains just turns off alarms
What can I do so I can remember whats on the line?
(left previous job june last year, travelled until november, since then been on this job, if i get fired ill have quite the big gap on the resume, which also adds to axiety)

2025.01.31 08:50 SrfcSpprtThrowaway Surface Pro 7 seemingly on last legs - buy an 11 or wait for Intel?
So, like the title says, my Surface Pro 7 has been chugging along for a bit now, the charging cable's getting finnicky and I'm running low on storage as well. Then earlier today, I was using it while charging when seemingly out of nowhere there was a sorta staticky pop sound (I think from the speakers?) and the screen went black. It wouldn't turn on for a while afterwards, but eventually holding down the power button got it to turn on. However, it seems like whenever I unplug it (or the charging cable decides to stop working for a second) it turns itself off and I need to boot it back up again. Has anybody else had something like that happen/know if there's anything I could do to fix it?
If it's not fixable (or even if it is, this isn't the only issue it's having at this point), I've been looking at getting a Surface Pro 11 to replace it. I was comparing the Snapdragon X Plus and X Elite models earlier (from what I can tell, seems like the difference isn't massive? The screen and storage size on the Elite seem nice, but I've seen mixed reviews on the performance/battery life), but I just saw that they're apparently coming out with an Intel model too and now I'm not sure which to get.
What I use my Surface for is a little all over the place since it is my primary device - I usually have at least a couple dozen firefox (or sometimes chrome) tabs open at a time, but aside from that I do a decent bit of work in GIMP/Krita/Inkscape plus some GIS (mostly in ArcGIS) and audio work (mostly Audacity); I also sometimes have to do a bit of video editing or CAD in various programs. This was my main concern with the Qualcomm options, since I'd heard that there were issues with compatibility earlier on - is that still an issue for things now? While not a priority, I would also like to be able to run some games (nothing super intensive, probably some Genshin Impact or modded Minecraft at most), and I have also been thinking about trying out running some GenAI on my machine at some point. Based on these, should I wait for the business model with Intel to come out or am I good to order a Qualcomm (and if so which model)?
Any recommendations on what to do about the power issue or new computer would be much appreciated, thanks!
