I'll cut to the chase - currently, I am a member of my school's marching band and very much enjoy it. however, its been a lifelong dream of mine to become a football player. it's been years since i have had any practice in football, and this is going into my junior year. I'd really like to try, but I'm unsure if I'd be able to this late into my highschool career. If i had the opportunity i would absolutely love to go to a college for football and then proceed professionally. some other things to know is that i only know basically the bare minimum about football rules. I dont know a lot about it in general. my only question is do I have any chance at all this late into high school? I want to put in all the practice i need and i would like to learn everything i need to know, i just need to know if I'd be able to make it in general.

Exactly what it says on the tin. I really don't have a lot of guidance outside of "What do you wanna study". So learning that I was supposed to apply for the 4 year colleges I wanted to go about 5ish months ago was a shock. Am I doomed to do the 2 years of community college and transfer? In 20 days I managed to climb from Iron 3 to Silcer 4, mainly with Karma support. I started playing Janna but had some bad luck in games and returned back to Karma. Axion Arcanist feels really good this patch with the bug fix.
I'm following the same build each game, with the exception of stopping to buy oblivion orb after malignance, and roaming a lot more. This season feels like because there's so much more on the map it feels like to focus on, when really it's only one more objective, teams are a lot more focused.
Aiming for Gold next (maybe)

Hi!
I recently bought 1 U6 Long range AP and 1 Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Lite 8 PoE. My hope was that should be enough for my 145 m2 house (2 floors). Looks like I need another U6 Long range on the top floor. My question: My thought was to buy the Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Ultra 60W in order to run both AP:s. But I have also read comments that the Ultra is actually (a part from supplying the power I need) worse "technological" compared* to Lite 8 PoE.
Is this true and are those differences important (In my eyes they are "only" switches" and I more rely in the functionality to be in the Cloud Gateway etc. And if Ultra is no good, is there any problems serial connecting the 2 Lite 8 PoE (one for each AP). Maybe I can use some of the Layer 2 features in the Gateway instead of in the Lite 8? Not sure how to proceed here?

I’m a 100% disabled veteran who was subjected to years of medical neglect and abuse at the hands of the VA, specifically at the Martinsburg Women's Clinic and the Washington, D.C. VA.
I went to them begging for help. I was in excruciating, debilitating pain, dealing with constant bleeding, unable to live my life, and all I wanted was for someone to take me seriously. Instead of doing their jobs, the doctors at these VA hospitals decided that I was a drug addict. Without any history of drug use, without any tests, without any reason, they made one assumption and stuck to it: "She’s lying. She just wants drugs. Don’t help her."
And so, they didn’t.
For years, they denied me treatment and let me suffer through agonizing pain that could have been prevented. They forced me to endure things that no human being should ever have to go through—treating me like I wasn’t a person, like I wasn’t worthy of care.
And the worst part? Because of their neglect and malpractice, I was forcibly sterilized. They took away my ability to have children because they refused to listen, refused to treat me, and refused to acknowledge my pain.
And they laughed while they did it.
I have the recording. I have the proof.
This isn’t just my word against theirs. I have documented, undeniable evidence that these doctors mocked me, ignored my suffering, and let permanent, preventable damage happen to my body.
So what do you do when no one will help you?
When no lawyer will take your case?
When the system is built to protect itself and leave people like me behind?
I had to write my own damn tort complaint.
That’s right—I had to sit down and, without a law degree, build my entire case myself. I had to gather all my documents, write out my legal arguments, and submit my claim alone. The only help I had was ChatGPT, because no attorney wanted to take on the VA.
And that’s exactly what they expect.
They expect disabled veterans like me to give up. They expect us to be too exhausted, too sick, too traumatized to fight back. They expect us to accept what happened, to let it go, to move on in silence.
But I refuse to let this go.
If they did this to me, they’ve done it to others. And I know for a fact that I’m not the only veteran who has suffered under this system. If you’ve been mistreated by the Martinsburg Women's Clinic, the Washington, D.C. VA, or any VA hospital that refused to take you seriously, speak up.
