I really try not to complain like this, but I geuinely don't understand something.
Does anybody else feel like...the ability to make your horses infertile completely negates their value? Isn't this a game explicitly about breeding horses? Dev horses are kinda...useless? And I see SO MANY PEOPLE defending their existence, all the time. I see people actively encouraging people to make the horses they bred for infertile. Why are you actively making it so these things will never have a use other than just sitting there and looking pretty? Doesn't that decrease their value tremendously? If you bred a horse and spent forever making it right, only to make the offspring infertile, why in the world do people actually BUY them for a decent chunk of change? There is so *little* inventory space in this game. Can someone genuinely explain why it's like this?

I have been the grade conscious student and nagbunga naman kasi I graduated with latin honour. Got my license in PH before coming here in North America. Did everything, like 2-3 jobs at a time just to fund my relicensing here. I’m almost there, almost on that Pharmacist title na. IELTS na lang ang kailangan. I have also applied for citizenship na. Everything’s going so well but I feel so empty. I can’t seem to find happiness na in my heart. Parang gusto ko na lang umuwi.🙁 Palagi pang tinatanong kung kailan daw ako mag-aasawa. I don’t want to enter into a relationship knowing myself na hirap mag commit. Am thinking of studying na naman pero same cycle of achieving something and in the end wala, empty pa rin. How do you cope up with this?

Is it PEM? I had a super busy day last Saturday, we were out of the house for 12 hours and spending time socialising and driving. On Sunday I got a stability of 5, and I thought ‘is this like the calm before the storm?’ All week I’ve been 3s, a 4, a 2… Yesterday I started seeing flashing zag-zags whilst working. This morning my stability score is a 1.
I’m new to this sort of thing happening, and I think this is what PEM is? Having this data to see my trends has been so enlightening.
I realised last night that my old Rheum referred me to the CFS Clinic in Jan 2022, I was declined because I have autoimmune disease. I’m so much worse now.

Idk how to buy wefts being that I'm so white, I'm translucent in the sun.
Important: I really would like to buy black-owned, especially with everything going on.
I am looking for some for a few 60s hairstyles. My hair is down to my hips, but fine, so some hairstyles just don't work. One is a huge braid bent over itself and pinned, and I'd like to feed some in to my milk maid braids to make them thicker. Some white chick braids that just need a little more in them. I got the length, and I got a Lotta hair, it's just sooooo fine.
I'd also like to eventually make myself a big curley updo topper by feeding it through a bun thing. I'm sure that would require a different kind/quality?
I'm guessing they first I would use the same feed in extensions as box braids and stuff, then I'd have to use the kind you'd use for a buss down for the latter. Those are different, correct?
I appreciate any advice so so so very much. 🙏🏻 Yuh girl is chronically ill and wanting to practice for when I'm better. THANK YOU!!

Hello all,
I've been meaning to post for a while, as I'd really appreciate some feedback while I still have some time left to adjust my trajectory. MY FIRE planning started back in 2018 where I had very little put away. I work in IT and I am on about £80k before bonus/on call - I have no plans to progress my career past my current level, as previous experiences in more senior positions were unpleasant, I prefer to be hands on. I _think_ I have a solid plan that doesn't require me to grow my salary and more than just staying on top of inflation.
I'm hoping to retire at 52, by which time I'd have finished NI payments, and paid off the mortgage. I'm 44 in a couple of months, giving me 8 more years. I have no children and I'm happy with a die-with-zero approach. I may be getting some inheritance but I am assuming zero, as it's safer to do so.
When forecasting, I am assuming a 5% return, which I hope will also account for inflation.
Current: Pension: £312k (+£3k/month) - Vanguard (FTSE Global - VAFTGAG)/Scottish Widows LISA: £17k - Nutmeg, high risk setting ISA: £77k (+£1k/month) - vanguard (FTSE Global - VAFTGAG) Emergency: £3k - Premium bonds High risk S&S: £3.6k - Trading 212 Equity in house: £128k - Santander (joint mortgage, this is my 'share')
Projections for 52 y/o, assuming 5% growth (post-inflation): Pension: £820k LISA: £25k ISA: £232k
Pension projection at 5% by 58 £1.1M.
My main questions are: - Is my 5% return assumption and ignoring inflation a valid approach? - It looks like I should adjust figures to focus more on my ISA, but then I don't get salary sacrifice benefits. Am I correct in thinking I should bring down pension contributions a bit in favour of ISA? - Is it worth adding any more into my LISA? - If I did get any inheritance/lump sums, is putting it into my ISA the 'correct' approach?
Any other feedback would be great.
