2025.02.01 19:40 BestSundayDress_ I Feel Like A Failure Again
I feel like a failure again.
We sent our 7 mth old lab to a board and train to help with kennel training. The trainer had a rough few night but he broke her of barking and crying in the crate. She was really good for the trainer for 2 weeks.
When she came home. It regressed. She cried and barked for hours in the kennel. We had to go out in the room with her and sleep on the couch.
She wouldn't go in on her own unless coached in with treats and a push on the bum.
She does well during the day when we are at work. She settled after 30 mins or less, and sleeps for a few hours.
She barks and cries if she is in the crate and we are moving around the house. To keep working on her training we try to kennel her when we are home, as recommended by our trainer. But that's not working and someone has to sit by the kennel the whole time while she is in there.
I feel like a failure. I've struggled so much with my dog. She pushes me in everything, putting her collar on, putting her leash on, counter surfing, and taking things she isn't supposed to have (slippers, hats, and blankets), and not leaving it when I ask. I'm stressed out again when I have to be with her alone. She's is better behaved when my husband is around. And I'm the one who spends the most time with her. I walk her, feed her, kennel her. My husband sleeps out in the room with her.
I'm not sleeping well, which in turn effects my appetite, and my mood, then I can't eat. I went through this before when we 1st got her and I lost 15 pound in a month, and I was 145 pounds at 5'8".
I'm trying so hard. And I never feel like it's good enough. I feel like I'm constantly being lectured by my family. And they are differing opinions. I hate feeling like I'm wrong all the time. I'm anxious and feeling down. I've snapped at my dog and my husband. I feel shitty.
I just want my dog to respect me. I don't know why I don't get it.
We start our private lessons with a trainer soon and I really hope he can work with me. I need help. I'm losing myself to my dog. I want her love and respect, and I want her to love and respect me.

Hello!! I’m attending Ursuline for nursing starting in May so have been looking at some possible apartment buildings to live in. I know pepper pike where Ursuline is isn’t a realistic place to rent, so have been looking at surrounding areas like mayfield, shaker heights, university heights, etc.
Anyone here have any ideas for affordable apartment buildings or rental companies to look at? Reading reviews for many places I keep seeing mold, mice, roaches, rats, cars getting broken into, units smelling like cigarette smoke, dog poop everywhere, heat or water being shut off in the entire building, etc. I just really need a place to live that doesn’t have a rodent or bug problem, mold problem, or is just generally unkept and poorly managed. Didn’t think that was too much to ask but apparently it might be 😫
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Moin moin, ich frage mich gerade welche Kosten beim Kauf von Aktienanleihen anfallen. Beispiel: WKN: DQ3MPF Anlagesumme: 10000€
Im BIB steht, dass Einstiegskosten in Höhe von 170€ anfallen. 1,8% „… Auswirkung der Kosten bei einer Haltedauer von weniger als einem Jahr.“ 170€ von 10.000€ sind aber 1,7%.
Was habe ich da übersehen? Des Weiteren stellt sich mir die Frage, ob die Gebühren Pauschal 170€ betragen. Also auch wenn ich nur eine Anleihe für 1000€ kaufe? Fallen diese Gebühren nur beim Kauf einer Neuemission an oder auch Anteilig beim späteren Einstieg?

Here is the scenerio . I am 24 (f) . I have never been on a relationship till now where as it was very common around me to do that. People are delulu , liberal although muslim.The concept of love has been really glorified. Almost all the marriages in my family are love marriages. So, here is the point I posted bout it before once. But that was the start.
- Last december I started to get to know a person. We both kinda got connected. We choose to meet to talk . Then eventually we talked about being serious for getting married.He is 2-3 months younger then me.
- Kinda in a commitment. But we will have to wait 1.5 years around. Because , I am not yet done with studies so my family would want me to finish and also he needs to find a ship to get on as he is a merchant. So he will be away for 1 year whole.
- The situation is my family is financially more stable then him.So , till now I have spent more. My sister said when she dated the person she is married now he used to pay all the bills. I kinda had no answer for that.
- Religiously we kinda have same knowledge but I am more conscious then him.
- He had a past. But nothing much serious.
- Till now its been 2 months after we started to talk. He has been a good person till now.
- We met few times to talk . In my life none has yet crossed the boundaries to meet me except this guy.
- But as this is clearly haram to be with someone committed outside of marriage. I need advice.
- So , should take the flight mode and sabotage it? But deep down Iif he is good for me by the will of Allah, I won’t mind marrying this person maybe I will even like. But
