  37. EIX:NYQ - Edison International - I had highlighted this last week as well. Tumbled a bit more. Is now under 1 point above 52-week low. Good dividend (6.12%). Cap to income (9.36) and cap to equity (1.35) in cat-1 range. Debt to equity (2.20) about cat-2 range.
  38. FDX:NYQ - FedEx Corp - Has dropped around 44 point since 25 November. Cap to income (13.19) slightly above cat-2 range. Cap to equity (2.31) and debt to equity (0.73) in cat-1 range.
  39. GM:NYQ - General Motors Co - Has dropped around 11-12 points since 25 November. Cap to income (4.53) and cap to equity (0.78) in cat-1 range. Debt to equity (2.06) slightly above cat-2 range. Ford exhibits similar ranges in the first two ratios, but with significantly higher debt to equity ratio (which was around 3.4 last time I had run calculations on Ford).
  40. MCHP:NYQ - Microchip Technology Inc - Less than 1 point above 52-week low. Has dropped around 21 points since 05 November. Cap to income (15.29) and cap to equity (4.38) above cat-2 ranges. Debt to equity (0.9) in cat-1 range. Humble little dividend also (3.35%)

  43. XOM:NYQ - Exxon Mobil Corp - Cap to equity (13.39) slightly above cat-2 range. Cap to equity (1.78) and debt to equity (0.16) in cat-1 range. Not a bad dividend (3.61%). Has dropped around 15-16 points since 21 November.

Aceasta poate fi utila in unele situatii, cum am avut eu azi cand lucram cu django-allauth pentru autentificare. Eu aveam nevoie sa rescriu fisierele template si sa adaug ceva clase bootstrap intr-un form, dar nu aveam acces direct la codul din view, astfel folosind widget-tweaks am putut face urmatorul lucru:

My husband and I are visiting Costa Rica for the first time in a month (for a week). We want to have as loose of an itinerary as possible. Outside of booking our first and last stays in Costa Rica, how realistic is it to not have any other accommodations booked until we are in the country (just stumbling upon them in the areas we are exploring)? I acknowledge it's high tourist season and the sun sets early so I know it's advisable to have all our accommodations booked ahead of time, but with so many great options to check out in the country we are not sure what sort of itinerary we want to have while we are there. It's hard to commit with so many great options! We don't want to spend our entire trip on the road but do want to see a few different parts of the country (acknowledging that 7 days only gets us access to the tip of the iceberg of the country). Already looking forward to plenty of future trips! We don't have much of a budget aside from the fact that dog care, last minute flights and car rental have already put us at $3-4k USD, so low budget/minimalist/locally owned places, which we normally gravitate toward anyway (over commercial/tourist places) are a must for us. We want to live as much like a local as possible, only hitting some key tourist places (volcanoes, night hike), while spending the rest of our time being spontaneous and/or chillin at the beach. We also are considering moving here so getting into the local scene is more appealing to us than the big tourist areas (although those carry value of their own). Any tips are appreciated!

Whenver I have OBS and GD open at the same time, my cursor gets hidden in GD. This does not happen if OBS isnt open. This only happens when i have fullscreen enabled with the borderless option disabled while OBS is open. I dont know whats causing this or how to fix it. This didnt happen a couple days ago when i was streaming, so I'm confused. Im on windows 11 btw.

so with this massive cultural change religion is dying. every generation is becoming less and less religious. This makes me think, is society gonna go down or up?
We have been ruled by religions for thousands of years, and I think religion came because we needed something to organize our lives. Now with the religion going away, are we going to be a better society? I don't follow any religion but I'm worried where we are going. There is nothing anymore to say that's wrong, or that's bad. you can do whatever you do. it's gonna be interesting to see what the society will look like but scary. let me know what you guys think

I have been snowboarding for a couple years and always rented and I think it's time I invest in a board, bindings and boots. I am 6'2 235 with size 13 boots so I was thinking 161w board. I've been doing a little bit of research and am thinking about a k2 standard and ride c8, a6, or the yes ipos. In going to Canada for boarding in a few weeks and am gunna look for stuff there but I'm looking for recommendations and suggestions.

I’m using the flake in the main GitHub repo, and after updating my lock file two days ago Ghostty won’t launch.
Checked journalctl and have the following message:

gtk_widget_unparent: assertion ‘GKT_IS_WIDGET (widget)’ failed
I’ve tried pinning to the tag of v1.1.0 instead of just tracking the most recent commit and no luck.
Rolling back to v1.0.1 works, but I’d like to figure out the update.
Didn’t see any GitHub issues which seemed relevant.

I'm looking for what others have done for wheels after a CV front swap. 70 F100 with 09 Crown Vic front. I did axle flip and 1" adapter in the back to get 5x4.5 bolt pattern all around.
By my estimates I need a 18X10 with 0 offset in the back and 18X9 with 24mm offset in the front. But i can find any manufacturers that make that setup. The front could be 18X8 with 12mm offset too. I'd like to go as wide as possible but not a big deal.
Not budget focused but budget aware.

Might be a stupid question, but I've only ever gotten patterns in-store or hand-me-downs from my grandma, so I'm not familiar with how these work after downloading. Are most of these patterns printable? I would prefer to just print the patterns on several sheets of paper then cut my fabric that way b/c it's what I'm used to. Or do you just kinda have to... draw them and they give you the measurements???
