Asbestos 9x9 tile

Bought a house 10 years ago in Virginia, with new carpet installed. Previous owners owned the house for 30 plus years. I went to replace this 10 year old carpet and I found 9x9 tile underneath the carpet pad. When signing the documents, for the purchase of the house, it was said the house was free of lead paint and Asbestos. The tile is somewhat cracked / chipped / broken. In picking up a piece of tile and breaking it, I can see a lot of fiber holding it together.
Do I have any recourse or am I SOL?
I have not had the 9x9 tile tested.

Hi everyone! If you thought my title was interesting, wait until you read the rest. You’d never guess, but I’ll be talking about video games, comic books, dungeons and dragons, and other various nerdy things.
A little about me, I’m a recent college graduate who’s currently looking for a job anywhere in the US. I’m white, 6’2, and I wear glasses at literally all times. I have short brown hair and I’m on the larger side, but I’ve been on a weight loss “journey” recently with a lot of success. Well that’s my physical description, but trust me everything else is a lot more exciting! At least I hope!
As you can probably guess, I’m into pretty much most nerdy things. I play PC games, I read and write comic books, I binge Lord of the Rings once a year (extended versions of course), I play DND, and of course I love the renaissance faire. I won’t talk for too much about these things since I could ramble forever, but trust me when I say you’ll probably never hear the end of them if we talk for a while.
As for what I’m looking for, is just a girl around my age who’s also into nerdy things! I would say if you’re into PC games it’s a huge plus, as that’s what I spend most of my time doing. I don’t mind those who are located far away from California or the US, since I can move anywhere in the long term.
I’ll stop typing now since I’m sure I rambled for a while and missed some things I should have included. But I’ll leave you with this, if you’ve ever seen those videos of couples setups/gaming rooms and ever thought you’d like that, reach out! Maybe we hit it off, maybe we don’t, but no way to know unless we try!

My Support ticket number is CS0051702, but it hasn't been 72 hours because this cannot wait that long. This is an emergency.
I'm a Dedicated Tester for the Booking Team and was supposed to get paid yesterday, but my Community Operations Director was fired, died, or quite and my paycheck wasn't signed off on time.
uTest is now saying it's pending and I'll get it on February 17th. They really want me to wait 17 days when I rely on bimonthly paychecks to barely scrape by.
First of all, I have barely any food. Definitely not enough to last 17 days. My dog has candy and needs a $140 medication refilled. I have my consolidated student loan to pay which, if I miss or am late on even ONE payment, will void the terms of the loan agreement, cause me to lose the lower interest rate and other terms of the consolidation agreement and result in me having to make about eight separate, higher interest monthly payments.
I have prescription mental health medicine to purchase that I can't afford until I'm paid and I cannot abruptly stop taking without suffering dangerous side effects of worse.
My gas light is on. Rent is due. I need to pay my internet bill to perform my work duties, but that will be cut off well before the 17th and I won't be able to do my job at all, so I'll lose even more pay and this problem will cascade into a worse financial situation than I'm already in.
I filed a ticket with tester support, but I know they'll answer by saying, "Sorry, but we can only issue payments on the 15th and last day of month unless those days fall on a weekend or holiday in which case you'll be paid the following business day," answer after I wait five or six days for a response.
So I'm asking here, now, for help because this is a literal emergency:
Who do I need to email or call to get my paycheck before I can't do my job when I lose internet service and end up homeless and starving in the middle of winter, have my credit destroyed, and probably have to be hospitalized for having abruptly quit my prescription medication?
This can't wait for a cookie cutter reply from tester services. I need somebody that will actually understand and take action because anybody with a brain knows that this would take nothing more than a few keystrokes to fix.

And really enjoy it, it's cheesy as ma Grannies dogs ear(smelled like the cheese in the packet) and enjoyable as fuck, a realise that it's not as "close to the comic" etc but it's enjoyable as a wee film! It's almost up there with my obsession for Maximum Overdrive(A posted here a few years ago on a different account)
Does anyone else enjoy it as just a pulpy silly enjoyable film? Am currently watching it on freeview here in Scotland(Council Telly, channel is called Great Movies) and it's quite(always wad) good!

I listen to the pod regularly and I’ve been consuming literature about critical thinking like thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman and the Critical Thinking Skills for dummies by Martin Cohen which is actually pretty good. I try to observe how people close to me respond to my ideas/problem solving as a barometer as well. These strategies/tactics have provided some insight for my own pitfalls, but I can only psychoanalyze myself so much.

Mafia Milkers needs to actually bring the “Mafia” in “Mafia Milkers” to life. I would genuinely pay money for a membership as a woman if I saw actual backstabbing, manipulation, and drama in the show. I would love that bullshit. Currently it’s just freeloading off of other shows with a docket when you could actually have a lot of fun with this.
Example: Milker 1 goes behind the scenes to photoshop Becky at RTU’s goon cave and tries to blackmail her (obviously this would be lowkey planned) into leaking dockets for LolcowQueens but Milker 2 already gave Becky the proof it was fake and therefore is exposed and they confront each other.
Another example: Milker 3 can start fake flirting with RTU in order to get him to manipulate Tina into filming KBTC doing something stupid and giving it to them for the content. Keemstar could then find out but pays Tina $300 to play it on LolcowLive instead and Milker 3 then crashes out because they had to pretend to like Rich and now have Becky on their ass.
When I hear mafia I think of like Tony Soprano and Don Corleone, not Glammy kissing some purple haired dom ass about their great content or whatever.

Hello everyone. To explain I live in a three person household and have been out of work for a few months now, aside from the occasional training days where I had to leave due to injury concerns.
Well. We just had a family member go through surgery and we cannot afford the modified diet he must be on for a few weeks. I think we can get by with an additional 50$, I don’t want to stretch the request any further than that.
