Family of three with another on the way. Currently have a 2010 FJ Cruiser that is such a pain with kids, with the suicide rear doors and being high up and all. We are planning to get a van for most of our family driving but I would like to get a daily driver that gets more than 15mpg and can also chuck a car seat or two in the back when need be. Budget ceiling is around $45k.
Considering:
Subaru WRX tGT Honda Civic si or sport touring hatch VW Golf R
On the fence about having a manual transmission with kids in the back. I know the WRX GT isnāt a lot of peopleās first choice but I would like to have the safety and drivers assist features that arenāt available on the lower trims. Looking to keep it for ten years or so. In the military and not sure where I could be stationed, so Iām leaning towards something with all wheel drive in case Iām somewhere with severe winter weather. Im coming from a tall and boaty SUV with technology from 2007. So any of these will be a big enough upgrade in ride quality and creature comforts in my opinion. Just not sure if one really stands out as better or worse than the others

I (f23) am not on any current medication. The weather had been sub 10 degrees celsius in my city so I thought it was just dry skin. I started using baby oil as a moisturizer to keep my skin from cracking and flaking. A few days later, my skin breaks out in these tiny bumps on my upper chest area and my thighs. I took my blexten I have on hand for my allergies but that didn't settle it. They were more not "noticeable" but they look more inflamed today. I'm not sure if it's the bumps that itch or the skin around it. Does it look anything like scabies?

First of all, I would like to mention that English is not my first language, sorry if I made mistakes. I thought that my biggest problem is in small town I lived in. I lived with my parents, and after highschool I lost contact with all my friends, and had only one childhood friend. I used to blame that town for no opportunity for growth and meeting new people. Then I graduated college,lost contact with peers again ( different city) but I still lived with my parents. I had really bad insomnia, and I would overthink daily. I didn't want that my parets see me as fucking looser who sits alone in the room all day, so I went on long walks or took random bus to another city, and told my parents that I'm with my friends. ( That childhood friend wasn't always available and she had other friends too). Then I felt strong urge to just leave that place and start new life. My long distance boyfriend ivited me to live with him, so I moved, different continent btw. Soon I realized, I have overwhelmingly huge anxiety no matter where I live, and it's worse than ever. I haven't met anyone for year. I'm isolated in my room again, and all I do is work (remote job) and waiting for my boyfriend to come home.I did work for couple months with people and masked my anxiety really well, but couldn't make any friends besides that job. I can't even go to grocery store as normal person without hyper self awareness and constant anxiety. I just pray that nobody's gonna ask me anything. I can't have basic social interactions and I really don't know how to talk to people anymore. Few days ago, my bf invited his friends over for dinner and I had small panic attacks before they came, also needed to drink half bottle of alcohol so I could have basic conversation. And yes, I can't talk to and meet my boyfriend's friends bcs they are interacting with me only bcs of him, there's no possibility that we would meet in real life without him. I can't do this anymore, I don't want to live like this forever, I feel miserable. Therapy is not for me, I tried it already, and 'becoming better version of myself' and 'positive thinking' is bullshit

Itās the little wins that are turning into big wins! 1) Iāve been taking ballroom classes for 2 years. Yesterday in Tango class it hit me how good it feels to talk, smile and laugh in hold (when you partner is close). 2) LIPSTICK!!!! For 23 year I didnāt draw attention to my lips, which meant no lipstick. As soon as I had figured out out with teeth smiling, I dressed up and took myself to Nordstrom and TOTALLY SPLURGED on some Dior lipstick in a kinda berry tone (pictured). Today I ordered some cool R.E.M. lipgloss that blue, but changes to a pink depending on your ph. Tomorrow Iām going back to Nordstrom to look for a bright fuchsia (probably M.A.C. - a bit more cost effective). What other colors should I put on my list?

Iāve found even the āsuperficialā encouragement and āyou can do it!ās seem to work like a charm for me!
I have: - 40-50 pages of academic texts to get through - a test to prep for on Tuesday - concept to read about for a lecture on Monday
Additional (if thereās time) work: - complete coursework for a class - complete a presentation plan for a different class - respond to a bunch of emails
Realistically (orā¦not - blatant encouragement and positive thinking), could I get this done tomorrow? I have plans to get up at be at a library by 10-12ish, and working until 4-5ish.
Iāve been feeling a little upset and fizzled out lately, but want to start next week right. I know having this stuff off my back will help a lot. So, does this seem doable? Even an honest āumā¦yeah, thatās like a few chapters and some revision lol - nothing compared to x or y that Iām doingā would help quite a bit.
Also, if anyoneās interested in keeping text updates throughout the day, that would be cool. That way if I grab my phone at least I can text you, and you can tell me to get off and keep working, haha.
