My dad took some promethazine dm for the flu like 12 hours ago, and his eyes are open now but he's unresponsive and doesn't answer any questions just looks around confused, he hasnt used the bathroom or drunk any water and his lips looks weird. I think he may of took over the recommended dose and I was just wondering if I should call anyone or let the medication ware off it it's responsible

I have been making a lot of seamless files and would love to translate that to my cardmaking via paper pads (I can print my own on a one-off basis but I want to know if it is possible to have someone else do it) and also my own stamps, but I’m not sure how to create cutouts for them.
I am terrible at fussy cutting so I need to be able to cut these out haha
