anyone else just feel terrible waking up and throughout the day (obviously) but being someone turned away as anxiety for 3 years only to have debilitating symptoms keep coming and i’m currently in between just stuff but that’s not the point. anyways waking up is like i feel my heart racing because i take metoprolol so it’s probably wearing off but it’s also like i feel so tired like i just want to go back to sleep but i physically can’t, i feel like i can’t catch my breath but im breathing it’s just like i ran a marathon and then fell asleep and woke up again.

Tentei recuperar em um site que dizia que recuperava o e-mail em dez minutos, mas se tratava de um golpe e agora não sei o que posso fazer. We have been together for about 4years, he got issues with his family refusing to approve of him marrying me because of them being racist even though we are the same race, they dont even know me or my family yet (cultural and religious reasons) anyways he told me he will cut contact with me for religious reasons till he convince his family and make them approve marrying me, i told him okay and that I respect his decision (he was crying and thought I didn't care) he said during the no contact he will try his hardest to convince them...
First week : easy and full of hope cried a bit but not so hurt
Second week : felt kinda hurting but still full of hope
4days ago : I received phone credit ( i used to ask him to send me a phone credit and he always does) and also the last message was me asking him to send me phone credit 3 weeks ago and he did) I didn't break no contact and I didn't thank him because I was confused
Today after 21 days of no contact : i feel so hurt and abandoned i feel like its unfair for me that i get abandoned like that not knowing anything about him except that he is playing a video game all the time that we used to play together
At the end of our last call we both said how much we love each other and that we will love each other forever…
But I'm feeling hurt, confused, abandoned and lost, what should i do?
