got the interview from the recruiting coordinator with the recruiter cc’d. the coordinator said to ask the recruiter for advice in the email so i emailed him saying what i can do to improve my chances. no response. i thought it was fine so i took the phone screen and did well with a google employee. after the call i emailed the recruiter saying i had a great chat but again no response. then i email the coordinator about it and he said he will message him. after that no response. send another email to the coordinator and now he’s not responding. what do i do?

Before i start i just wanna say, sorry for thr mess you're about to read, i am writing this at 2 in thr morning on a whim.
So for context, me (m) and my friend (f) are both the same age and we have been close friends for over a year now. When we first got close she was going through a rough patch in her life, we got closer and she got past that part of her life. But the thing about our friendship is that she has always been a little bit aggressive. So, I'm not saying abuse or anything near that, but she'll often hit me or kick me if I annoy her, and she blatantly comments on my insecurities or even parts of me that I think look nice. I often leave our conversations feeling worse than I did before.
I didn't really think about this often until one of our other friends mentioned it on a call with me, she simply said that she didn't like being friends with the friend previously mentioned, and it got me thinking. Me and her have had some good times together, we've had good laughs aswell but there's some things that are just beginning to get to me more than they should. Not very relevant to the topic but I am also openly gay, I have been for over 2 years now; and one thing she does that I don't like is that she uses the f slur (bad word for gay) sometimes when addressing me- she is straight and in a relationship. I can't bring myself to talk to her about any of it, but I can't simply stop talking to her, she's a very sensitive person and still deals with many things. This is sort of a last resort so, reddit please do your thing. 🙏

Hi everyone,
I am moving to western Canada for work. I spent about 7 months living there this past year and it’s really a crap shoot on what condition of road you’re going to get. I have a 2006 Mazda 3 and it was quite a white knuckle driving experience on some of the looser gravel roads, I had to reduce my speed to 60km/hr which was quite inconvenient when I had 30-40km of gravel to drive on some days (speed limit on gravel is 80km). Just looking for some opinions on what cars would be better for gravel, I’m considering replacing my “mazdaratti”.
