Since I adopted my chiweenie around 2 years ago, I’ve worked on training at home and in a short group training class. I’m trying to understand which behaviors and quirks are typical of his breed and which are reflections of successful or unsuccessful training.
My little guy is great at being a love-bug (he could snuggle for days), walking on a leash, staying nearby on off-leash trails and coming to me when I call him on trails. He also greets people happily and warms up to people quickly.
He struggles to pay attention, especially in a busy environment. For example, he is super obedient and responds to commands like wait, sit, paw, lie down, etc at home, but struggles to do so in an environment that has other people or dogs. Once he finds something he likes, his ears shut off and he ignores all commands.
He also struggles to be independent. Though I don’t let him on the bed (as much as I want to, it’s just not an option), he often barks and whines when I put him in his puppy pen for the night (one time he barked for over an hour without relenting). He follows me to the bathroom and when I’m sitting on the couch he often tries to bite my hands or will bark at me for attention. In many ways I love that he’s a Velcro dog—but I also want him to be confident and independent.
I’m curious if you see similar behaviors in your chiweenies and if you’ve found strategies for successful training. By no means do I expect to have a perfect dog, and I love his quirks, I just want him to be as safe, happy and well behaved as possible!

Ok I know quite a few people I know who are upset Ben Willker lost (specifically people who wanted younger people) and I personally view myself as a cynical/pessimistic person and I did want to see Wilker bring back the 50 state plan the DNC used from 2006-10 but I personally think Ken Martin winning is a good thing for a few reasons
- So Pelosi/Schumer lobbied for Wilker the BIGGEST problem with the DNC is IMO their seniority boner or just doing unpopular things because those 2 aid so that says to me that their influence among the party is waning
- His main plan is to focus on propping up lefist content creators/podcasters online which was basically how the right won Gen Z
- He literally worked on BOTH of Bernie Sanders's campaigns (meaning the party is finally admitting to itself "we fucked up")
- He also started off working for Unions at Minnesota's farms meaning he knows how to appeal to middle america (Something the party is ALSO Struggling with)

Problem/goal: I feel overworked and overwhelmed in my first job. Should I resign?
Context: It's been almost 8 months since I started my first job, and it's exhausting. I'm in the sales, and there's no commission. I have to work on my rest days and holidays because my supervisor insists that we should be working 24/7. However, I want boundaries, I won’t work if it’s not paid. As she told me I would receive commissions, but I haven’t received any. She also said the job would be hybrid, but after two months, I was required to work fully onsite. She keeps calling me, even on my rest days, and expects me to respond immediately.
I don’t just talk to clients, I also handle contracts and present to managers and even executives, as it’s a new team in the company. Everythng is from the scratch.
I go to work feeling anxious every day because she constantly reminds me that everything is urgent. I also feel shy around other departments because she always pressures me to follow up with them persistently and tell them it’s urgent. I really want to resign, but is this just a phase that every job has? Or is it simply not worth it?

I have an Ender 3 Pro with a 4.2.2 board and an STM chip that ends with RET. I installed everything and foolishly tried to update the firmware without testing it to see if it worked after messing with the mother board before the attempted update.
I have tried 3 different versions of the BL Touch firmware and tried to revert to the original firmware but all the screen does is make quick blinks without showing any text. I have been letting it sit for 30 to 60 seconds and everywhere it says it should only take 10. During one of the updates, when I was putting a new bin file on the SD card, there was a text file named EEPROM.DAT on the card that I did not put there. The file was empty when I opened it.
I am using an 8mb card formatted FAT 32.
Did I screw something up on the board? Have I completely fried my board? Am I doing something wrong\stupid? Any suggestions on how to finish the update or even bring it back to original?
