Hello everyone! Thought I’d reach out here because I’ve been dealing with some weird stuff for a few months now and I don’t know what to think about it all. To preface, I’m a 27m that’s in decent shape.
I’ve been dealing with palpitations since October 20th of 2024, where I had my first panic attack. At least that’s what we think it is as of now. The first attack was very strong and I’ve (fortunately) only had one other strong attack since.
(However, I’ve been getting palpitations basically everyday since and my chest feels tight a lot of the time now. These conditions have gotten better, but they have not gone away by any means. I’ve gotten some answers as to what this condition is not. I’ll share here.) ——————————————————————————- Since all of this: I have had 3 EKG’s ran on me, a Holter Monitor test, a Stress test preformed, and Echocardiogram, 1 basic blood test, further blood tests for Iron/ Ferritin levels, B12 levels, T3 and T4 levels all tested. I’ll include the results in this post.
The only things that came back not optimal was: my LDL Cholesterol levels, Glucose Levels, and my RBC and HCT levels were on the higher end (while technically being within normal limits). Keep in mind, during this blood test I was very dehydrated (major mistake, I know) and I was 30+ pounds heavier than I am now. I’ve lost significant weight since then.
My Stress Test, Echocardiogram, EKG’s, iron/ ferritin/T3-4/B12 tests all came back with positive results showing nothing bad. The results on the Holster Monitor were later dismissed by my cardiologist due to me being a long time runner. ——————————————————————————— With all this being said, is there anything am missing? Is there something that I should focus in addition to this? Or could this all just be anxiety. I’m really getting tired of dealing with this tightness in my chest. If anyone here wants the numbers of my test results I’m willing to share.

This mode has been completely abandoned by epic, we have hackers and cheaters in almost every match. Mf no one spawns out of the damn ground in front of you. There is no report button, there are no save replays to get proof. Epic needs to remove this POS mode. Like it's a waste of time trying to even get any exp points from rocket racing.

Kind of new to 3D printing and a co-worker advised me that I would get better prints using an adhesive. Also was confirmed when I watched some videos on 3D printing and determined the Magigoo adhesive is considered to be pretty good. I got excited and ordered it without really planning it out, and it was delivered while I was at work. Problem is, the temperature that day was way below freezing. When I opened the box, the glue didn't appear to be frozen, so I tried it. Unfortunately, it does not feel "sticky" and when I try to use it with the adhesion setting switched on on Cura, it actually adheres worse than just printing on the bed with no adhesion. I have no context for how this adhesive is supposed to be, and fear that it was ruined upon arrival due to my lack of planning ahead.

What would you charge for this arrangement? It is 18 roses with the 3 sunflowers. The roses cost 15.98, the sunflowers 3.98, and the floral paper pack of 40 cost 5.99. I used 5 sheets.
I know the paper is not the best, but I'm still learning as I've never used paper like this. I've only ever done vase arrangements and hand tied bouquets in the paper with the hole in the middle. This is my first attempt at wrapping with individual sheets. I am open to kind, constructive criticism!
