Hello everyone !
I am MtF, 23 years old and I just got on HRT a month ago (I basically started on New Year’s Eve, yes). So what’s weird is that my hormones levels are really not common for someone who started HRT just a month ago and I also experienced quick changes that are not supposed to happen for at least a few months.
Before taking anything I had some blood work done and my testosterone was at 4,5 ng/mL and my estradiol was at 37 pg/mL. But now they are at 0,2 ng/mL for testosterone and 335 pg/mL for estradiol.
The thing is my prescription is really low. I live in France where you can only get gel or patches for E and I chose gel. My doctor prescribed me 2 pumps of it everyday which is 1,5 mg of E and I rub one pump on each of my inner thighs. And no I am not on any testosterone blocker.
As for the physical changes I noticed : my skin is a lot smoother, my face has softened, my lips are fuller, I gained 3 cm (a bit over 1 inch) around the breast and they started to get fuller in the middle as well (which is weird because I lost 4,5 kg/ 10 lbs since starting HRT), my lashes started to get thicker, my eye shape is a bit more “lifted”, hairs are getting thinner in some random patches and my testicle is definitely smaller.
For context I’ve had a right orchidectomy when I was seventeen because of a testicular torsion. The testicle that is left was quite small already with a volume of 8 mL so I have hypogonadism. I already had some gynecomastia and my face was not really masculine to begin with (most people say I look androgynous). There is also a suspicion that I might be intersex with a Klinefelter syndrome (XXY) chromosomes which would explain basically everything that I described here but it’s not confirmed yet, I have an appointment to get tested in about two weeks.
So I was wondering if anyone knows if these hormone levels results are normal with everything I described here and if anyone had a similar experience to mine ?
TLDR : hormone levels are not what’s expected to after a month of only estrogen, I wonder if it is a good thing and if it has to do with the fact that I might be intersex.

I love the life aspect of Persona 5 too, all three titles having some "time" element involved. Visual novels like Videoverse are alright, even games closer to management like Yes Your Grace
I've done some searching online for similar games but nothing quite hits the "living vicariously through another character" feeling I'm looking for.
Some mobile games that I've played that are almost there: Happy Hearts (and its sequels; very wholesome restaurant game set in past Japan), Don't Get Fired, Life Crush Story, and Living Alone.
Kairosoft games, prison architect, school architect, and a couple other school management games I have also played but I really do love following a protagonist and allowing them to grow instead.

Space is technically infinite. When I say technically, I mean that space could possibly be like any other planet. It infinitely ‘expands’ because it is so big and is in a spherical shape that seems as if it continues forever.

I'm a science faculty student currently in 12 and boards are very near. I'm very scared. Yeti dherai padhnu baaki cha ani I feel I don't have enough time to cover all the topics ani tei time ra topics bich to gap le garda I end up procrastinating and not studying at all. I did watch many youtube videos and all but nothing could get me to studying. I live in a rented room doing all of the daily chores on my own. I often skip meals too ani due to this I often feel drained and weak. I know what I have to do but I can't get myself to study. This heavy boulder that I have to push, I can't gather enough force to move it. I have no momentum with things that have to be done. I am just rotting in my room. I don't expect that your comments will magically get me to studying but I would appreciate it. If you could outline something like a roadmap for which topics to cover by what date/ time by reflecting upon your +2 journey in last 2.5 months, it would be of great help.
