2025.02.02 03:41 awdoom Abandoned and Haunted Hospital in Ashland Pennsylvania
 | A group of my friends and I stumbled across this abandoned hospital via a reddit post. Fortunately for us it isnāt too far away from where we are from. So we decided to travel up there to see what itās all about. I saw online that it may be haunted. Apparently thereās a lady who haunts the 5th (top) floor and a poltergeist who haunts the morgue (basement). I brushed it off thinking it was some sort of creepy pasta so I carried on. I happened to record 50 minutes worth of footage and will be posting it on YouTube soon. Other than that, the basement and top floor were the most unsettling. Felt like something was off. We happened to bring an EMF reader and it went off in the basement. We decided to leave and later that night we decided to go back. This time we parked in the front side of the hospital. We parked behind the hospital originally and walked up. We decided not to go in a second time because of the 4(?) faces we saw in the front windows. 3(?) in the middle ish window and 1 in the corner of the right window. So yeah, itās definitely haunted. I didnāt see anything in the top floor but the basement is definitely more haunted. If youāre interested in going, itās the old st catherines hospital in Ashland Pennsylvania. Be mindful thereās an active food plant right next to it and a municipal center down the street. 2025.02.02 03:41 neondragoneyes Not sure where to go from here. I found some old notes, but I'm not sure whether to go from where (I think) I was or start from some earlier stage.
So, I guess, to start, I haven't done any language construction in around 3 years. I recently thought about my last project and thought to dust the cobwebs off it. When I went to do that, I found that I'd lost most of the notes for it. I've since recovered a significant portion of those notes. Some of it seems fairly incomplete to me. Some of it has me scratching my head and wondering what I was thinking.
I have notes for phoneme inventory at various eras of the language. I am almost certain that the classical and proto stages of the language were back worked evolutions, because every time I've tried diachrony, I stopped, felt inadequate to the task, or was just frustrated with the process.
Now, I have a couple things going on in my head. One: I would like to work more on this project and make it at least a minimally viable* thing. Two: I'm not sure if I should just pick up where I left off, or use the material I have to try my hand at diachrony again. Three: I kind of want to try my hand at diachrony again, whether it's with this project or another one. Four: I don't necessarily need as much as a minimally viable product out of a classical or early version of the language, but I would like at least sound evolution trail that I can use for snippet examples.
*minimally viable in this case means I could reasonably write out day to day conversation in the language (even if I have to coin a couple new terms to complete said conversation), tell at least two stories with the language, and produce examples of some conculture specific utterances in the language.

2006 CRV, I noticed my power steering pump was leaking so I went ahead and rebuilt it, and added new Honda Genuine fluid. I changed 3 hose clamps as well. Nothing worked, no power steering. I bought a new pump but it wasnāt a perfect fit, it was still meant for a honda and had the same build, so I swapped ALL the internals and ran it, no power steering either. I canāt figure out whatās wrong, no leaks or weird noises. Only issue before doing anything is was that my steering was a little stiff, but I could still steer one handed.

For only a month he thought I was his soulmate, and he loved me a lot- but it wasnāt real we had nothing in common and it was because I was the only girl giving him attention. I didnāt love him I loved all the attention he gave but like cake eventually you get tired and itās gross and anoyying. When I told him all of this he threatened to kill himself, hurt me, and I had to get my school schedule switched. He then made a song about me and had plans to post it(it had my name every line) I had to report him again and then once more. Got a safety plan(basically a in school restraining order) against him because he kept trying to manipulate me and trying to talk to me at school. When I said I never wanted to speak to him again. Now Iām wondering if this will work he had 3 against him in the past but I didnāt know until recently, and he never kept it up. All of this happening within 16 days. A lot of song and things I liked got ruined because I remember his damn face- and I regret dating someone I never really liked that much. I suck and he sucks just in different ways. I currently live in florida and have my auto insurance through geico.
In may i am moving out of florida and going to be somewhat of a nomad for a little while doing seasonal work before most likely settling down in PA eventually.
This summer iām going to be working on an island and keeping my car on the mainland. Iāll probably be using my car like once a month or less. Iām trying to see if i can save on my next policy by switching to a company that does ālow milageā rates. Currently thereās only one company that offers plans like that in florida and when i go to get a quote, it asks me to put what zip code iām gonna be in. It should be florida but iāll be in another state.
Iām not sure if i should change my address to my friendās address in pa or something and then search for other insurance or how i should handle this situation. Every insurance company is gonna ask me what zip my car is gonna be in but where my car is gonna be this summer isnāt my actual home address or state.

I heard alot of people saying that Fracture is an Operator map. I just don't understand how, like i get that there are long angles but the thing is there are also 4 entry sites you need to worry from aside from the standard 2 main 1 mid entry site, so in any case if attacker gets site totally over for you since the site itself is congested like bind. Shouldn't be maps good for ops be like breeze, icebox, lotus and abyss due to its' size?
