Hello everyone, I wanted to share details of my specific case and wanted to see if somebody has faced same or similar situation and can share their insights on it. I applied for I-485 on October 1st, 2024 for EB2 category using Company A. While my application was pending, I switched to Company B which is a parent company of Company A at the end of December 2024. Now I have received an RFE for my I-485 application and USCIS has given me 90 days (April 30th, 2025) to respond to RFE. Can I respond to RFE along with I-485 Supplement J from Company B on April 1st 2025 (180 days after the application has been pending) and get my green card approved. So basically my questions is that do you guys think that my switching job before 180 days going to be problem for my green card application.

First off, thank you for teaching me so much about the skincare, this sub is truly amazing!
I (46F) am looking to incorporate a face oil as the last step of my daytime routine to boost the skin hydration. Do you have any recommendations?
My skin is in fairly decent condition, fine lines and few enlarged pores, combination leaning towards dry. I live in a humid and warm climate except for few odd weeks in winter when it gets a bit dryer and cooler.
I was considering Alpha-H Golden Haze Oil, Eve Lom Renewal Treatment Oil, or Sunday Riley Superfood Face Oil, but I’m open to other suggestions.

I joined 2pcs - 2x4 tubular pipes. The upper is 1.5gauge thickness and the lower is 2.0. Current is at 42ish Amps and arcforce is at no 04 (1 to 10 range option). Electrode used is 6013. All these materials are scraps here at home and I'm using it to learn. I need your honest opinion guys.
Ps. Bought an auto dim glass and boy it's amazing and easy to the eyes.

 | I finished my 2nd full marathon and I beat my own record by about 18 minutes! I finished 2 hour 44 minute 32 second. I am still a beginner, starting this year, so if there are any practices, diet, awareness, etc. that I should be aware of in order to aim for even better results, please feel free to comment and let me know! Race result I finished my first marathon in 3 hours 2 minutes last November and I greatly inferior to my half-marathon ability and felt frustrated. At that time, I had a thigh cramp around 30 km and could not run properly after that. So I decided to increase the frequency of my long runs into my training plan. The fact that I was able to achieve a monthly mileage of 300 km also gave me great confidence. And that strategy works properly! I could almost keep even pace in this race. This season, I will run the Marathon again in March, and I hope to break further records there! To this end, we would like to once again incorporate multiple long runs. I am also a trail runner, so based on the foundation I am currently building my legs on, I would like to complete a trail run race of over 50 km with a good time. My finances daughter told us about a terrible incident that occurred at her mother’s house before we picked her up for visitation this weekend. She has bruises that led to us asking what happened and she told us multiple stories about other things as well…. We have proof of a few other things that have happened (neglect) in her 4 years of life. We are now scared to let her go back to her mother’s tomorrow. It is Saturday, and no lawyers are available. Do we call CPS? Or a sheriff? How do we keep his daughter til Monday when we can get an emergency temporary custody order without getting in trouble?

Movement V of a larger work for piano quartet. So far it looks great! I really like the default line weights and font packs. The pedal markings are super easy to use too. Obviously there are some layout issues but I'll adjust those later. The harmonics don't play back correctly but that's a minor issue. I know how they sound.
