We developed an ionic app for mobile web and crossplatform. Now we need to develop the desktop browser UI version. We are tight on time so ideally we want to leverage existing code without deteriorating to spaghetti code supporting both UI versions.
Are there any best practices or approach to solving mobile vs wide view?

I’ve been wanting to find a hobby that I genuinely enjoy and look forward to doing. But everything I try does not hook me.
I force myself to run for health, I am neutral about cooking, learning the piano is hard and I just can’t stick with it.
What’s the one thing that hooked you instantly? Or am I being too optimistic? Is it supposed to be the more I do it the more I’ll come to like it?

TLDR; While delivering for DoorDash with my 4-year-old, a guy tailgated me with his high beams, then swerved around, blocked me, and got out like he was coming toward my car, so I sped off. He somehow found me at the delivery address and harassed me on the road for 15 minutes until I arranged to meet a deputy, at which point the guy suddenly went away making me convinced he was a cop, absolutely looked like one. I want to identify him and catch him on video doing something similar—if anyone knows a legit PI who can help for a reasonable rate, let me know please.
I was doing a DoorDash delivery tonight and some guy in his truck got right on my ass with his high beams on and I tried waving a few times to get him to turn them off. Then I slowed down to about 20mph (speed limit was 35), my usual move when someone’s riding my bumper with high beams.
He veered around me and slammed on his brakes, got out and tried coming to my car, my 4 year old was with me so I sped up around him and his truck and finished my delivery. (The guy absolutely looked like a cop in every way btw) I have no clue how, but he found me at the delivery address all the way in the back of the neighborhood and was waiting on me.
He then proceeded to drive erratically behind and in front of me for 15 minutes. The whole time I was on the phone with 911. He pulled around in front of me and stopped, trying to back into me, he tried side swiping me l, kept flashing his headlights, turned them off completely so I could see him and drove up beside me. Just acting like a complete idiot.
After I finally got a meeting place with a deputy with 911 on the phone, he finally stopped following me leading me to believe even more that he was a cop. The cop basically said without any witnesses and anything more than his tag number, there wasn’t anything they could do. He didn’t even offer to take a report.
I’m not gonna go to his house and catch it on fire or anything crazy. But I want to know who this guy is at minimum. I’ll follow him and wait for him to do something else like this if I need to. I could tell it wasn’t his first time. I want to catch it on video. I just know he’s a cop by the way he looked when he got out of his car. I wish I’d gotten a picture of him but I was more worried about getting my daughter away from the situation.
I understand all the websites are scams, I’m not even bothering with them. I’m really hoping there’s a PI out there willing to give someone a little help, or if someone knows a PI who does just this for a reasonable rate that would be great as well.

My exam is Tuesday and I feel confident about the test. I feel like I know the book work and terminology it's just hard for me to apply it in real situations. I've had my first client alone without training Friday and I didn't do terribly. I struggle with giving praise I feel like I sound like a robot. Although i feel like it's bcuz I didn't get much praise growing up so when I do.it now to my clients I feel so awkward. I've been getting better at it. I just feel like I suck at this it's only been a few weeks and I've just finished my hours so I'm completely new. In my clinic their are 3-5 rbt in a room with their clients. I always feel like they are judging me..but they aren't and they even help me out...

and i'm losing my mind. i'm a 1L at a good school in a Major city, my grades are kinda ass rn but my resume is otherwise stellar. so far, i've only applied to like 15 jobs (all PI) but a certain someone has been chipping away at the job market and eradicating my offers.
i've had easily 5 apps get yoinked due to the barrage of unhinged EOs. i've had more offers cancelled than i've had applications outright rejected. i do have two more interviews coming up, but it feels silly to get my hopes up for them when everything else has been falling through.
i want to spend this summer working with unaccompanied children, but those jobs keep disappearing because this administration hates life and wants everyone to suffer! i hate it here!! not to mention how it actually makes me feel sick to think about the kids.
seeking words of wisdom from anyone else getting screwed with job apps rn

So I am basing a campaign off "The Magicians" show, and in the show they have a "ward" around the main school within both the book and show franchises. This ward acts basically like the "Utter Dome" spell, combined with the "Teleport Shield", "Invisibility, and maybe a few others. This is easy to create in gurps, the enchantment would cost a lot of energy but it's doable for a school for really wealthy powerful spell casters.
My question is this: Within the world they have a way for individuals to get into the school either through teleportation or portal called an "Alumni Key", It allows them to circumvent the ward. Is there something within RAW gurps that would allow such a thing. I notice under enchantments that you can have "Password" or "Limit" which is close, but wouldn't this deactive the entire dome, for a school of potentially hundreds of people? I'm looking for something that might allow a single person through it. Thanks in advance.

Hello! Next Thursday is my 21st birthday, and I want to drink/not worry about calories. However, today was my little sister’s birthday and I splurged on cake + dinner. Too much. Wayyy too much. I’ve only been on my deficit for a week and a half. 😭 So I haven’t lost any weight except for maybe a pound lol. That pound and more will likely be gained if I let loose on my birthday. That being the case, I’m thinking why even continue with the calorie deficit if I’m going to have to restart after my birthday? Am I being stupid😣

Hello,
I am printing light masks on transparency sheets using a laser printer. When viewing the prints under a microscope, I see some jagged lines and also smooth lines. I want to eliminate the jagged lines since it limits my accuracy as I print smaller items.
Some clues:
- 2 photo shows a printing line offset by 1 pixel that prints smoothly (in the design these were on the same line). Maybe this means there is a certain border grid that the image must be precisely aligned to.
