Hi. I just set up pole this afternoon. I'm so excited. Like as title. I'm beginner pole learner also I have wrist pain (old injury). Took X-ray though no significant damage. I'm assuming TFCC wrist pain so using braces at work/daily. I will take first session of occupational therapy next week.
I didn't wanna give up on getting pole because of it. My question is people who have wrist pain, how do you prevent /coping wrist pain during pole fitness? Any tips recommendations?
Trying to find a way to enjoy pole.

I am helping someone (who is computetech illiterate) with putting together a voluntary disclosure to send to the CRA. From my understanding you only get one shot at doing this and everything needs to be included in order to be accepted.
I want to make sure he has everything necessary to send but I myself am a little confused on everything that needs to be included, besides the application form and the (estimated) amount owing. I am wondering if anyone has any insight into the correct forms needed - for reference it is to correct unreported income for a past tax year. Is a t1 adjustment form sufficient to show the correction needed?

in speaking with friends, i notice many of us with religious trauma have a hard time seeing anything beyond this. we are so used to the manipulation and control.
