 | I have yet again failed that step. We live in a neighborhood that has had 3-4 unfixed cats for yeaaaaars that we have consistently been unable to capture. They’re gone for weeks at a time and then they pop back up and have evaded all of our tricks. Sometimes you get some new ones and this was the one that started coming late last year. She looks very much like a combo of the litter we were finally able to capture around this time last year, but while they are still very skittish, she seemed to immediately warm up. She was in heat when we got her spayed and was going to stay in extra time anyway, but nope, she will not be going back out. She climbed in my lap after this photo! We did post in neighborhood groups but nobody claimed (nor spayed) her. There’s still one newer friendly boy that will hopefully be easy to catch since he’s also been very approachable… we are really out of space but I just can’t bear to put what seems to be a very adaptable cat back on the street. 16f, 5’4 120 pounds
This morning I had kind of a vague ache in my stomach. I took tums and carried on. Now I am in absolutely excruciating pain. I’m laying on the floor of the bathroom crying and sweating because the pain won’t stop. I tried a hot pack, ice pack, Tylenol, a shower, tums, ginger, and smelling alcohol and even peppermint oil. Nothing helps. Is there something I’m not thinking of? It hurts so so so badly. I’m trying not to throw up. Please tell me there’s something that could help

I'm about 98% sure that Dr King told basically a parable to the effect of a metaphorical runner dragging a weight behind him in a race, and when halfway through the race that weight was taken off some people figured the race -- with that runner now way behind -- was fair now. A perfect corollary for affirmative action.
I haven't found a query that will bring that up. Can someone please point me toward the text of that parable?

So I have 2 towns with 1200+ population, but the food is starting to go low in supply. I also have the double meat production technology, and about 60-70 burgage plots producing pigs. But my food supply has been going downhill for the last few years. My general question: is it worth building double burgage plots if you plan on them applying the animal pen/chicken coupe upgrade?
And also another question: do single burgage plots consume 1 food per month, and double burgage plots consume 2 food per month? And do additional families consume more food per month? (Ex: level 3 burgage plot can fit 3 families, meaning 3 food consumed per month?)
Hopefully someone here has the answers here. I’m getting quite deep into this game and trying to figure out all the logistics for proper supply management. Cheers!
