My lease is up April 25, according to the lease I am supposed to provide 60 days notice if I am moving out or not so I should have provided notice by January 25. Knowing this, I was working on a place to live, but things got gunked up, so I asked my landlord if I could get 7 extra days to provide notice. She said yes, and January 27 rolls around and I say I am not renewing the lease with her. She tells me I am on the hook for an additional $2 dollars because I did not tell her by January 25 (it was January 27 when I told her I was not renewing).
My question is as follows: my current daily rent is $80 per day and my new rent would have been $86 per day, how is $200 for 3 days insufficient notice calculated? The only wording in my lease is as follows: "Lease Term Expiration: You must provide us with a written notice of your intent to vacate at least 60 days prior to your moveout date. If you fail to give the required notice and move out anyway, you will be charged insufficient notice rent for the number of days your notice is short. The insufficient notice rent shall be charged at the per diem rental rate that is in effect on your move-out date." But there is nothing explicitly stating the daily rate expected.

Help! I’m trying to remember the title of these books that I believe were in a series of 3 books.
They were small and rectangle sized and on the cover of one book there was a ballerina on it with her back facing the cover of the book. There was a blue background and like dark pink curtains from what I could remember.
The next book in the series was her friend and I remember her name was Margot. That book was also small and rectangle sized and orange with the girl Margot on it but you just see her head and her eyes peeking out from her bangs on the bottom of the book.
From that book, I can remember she had a brother who worked at McDonald’s who brought her food home after his shift. Her mom she described her driving with her knees.
I can’t remember anything else about these books but that I read them as an almost tween and for the life of me can’t remember the book name so I can try and find them online.
Does anyone know what I’m talking about?
They were sold during Scholastic book fairs.

ive refunded the game after playing 2 hours of it with friends. im putting this here to somewhat air my grievances but also give reccomendations on shit that just is annoying.
'attempted to play, could barely reach vest. all attempts to do so was met by my own body, so i had to either suck in to use stuff and physically pull down my headset to see my vest or just guess at grabbing the right thing. additionally, in order to look down and see what i was grabbing, i had to physically push down my headset to move it and see.'
could be fixed by displaying what you are going to grab in your vision, maybe a symbol in the bottom middle of your vision; or push the camera back so you can look down and grab.
'the guns, while realistic, were stupidly so: it cant break 'my immersion' to highlight exactly where you need to pull back on the weapon to load a round. '
not everyone in the world knows that you pull this particular part of the gun to load a bullet. the times i had to stop and look at it to try and figure out what little lever i had to pull. simple: highlight it. can be turned off in menu's and only applies to the gun you are holding. theres realism, then there is stupid realism.
grabbing parts of you are extremely annoying- the amount of times i grabbed my pack instead of my chest and vice versa was annoying. have one button for grabbing the pack, one for the vest, and both together for the helmet. done.
