 | I had a septoplasty, turb red, and concha bullosa revision on Oct 22nd 2024. During the surgery they found a septal perforation hiding underneath the mucosa membrane. It's now straight through and measures approx. 1cm tall and 1.5cm long and sits roughly 1.3cm from bottom of nostril opening and about 2cm from the very tip of my nose. My surgeon said there's nothing he can really do but it shouldn't cause any issues so long as it doesn't grow. The first picture is from 2016, it's the clearest one I have pre surgery. As you can see, I have a genetic dorsal hump so it looks as if my nose dips after the hump. After the surgery I can't tell if it got more exaggerated. Every septoplasty I've seen has a slightly upturned nose after and that's what I've been thinking as saddle nose is a collapse and my bridge is very sturdy still. 2nd picture is today (3 months post op) most of the swelling has gone away but I don't know if I should start looking into a rhinoplasty or other avenues. I have so much to be thankful for today. I woke up feeling not so good, so I am thankful for the water I drank, the I ibuprofen I took, and the bath that relaxed my muscles. I’m thankful for my partner who suggested I add epsom salt but I only had Himalayan which did help a lot. The salt inspired candles which made it even better.
I am grateful that I could pay my rent today, and I am grateful for the takeout I had for lunch. I am grateful that my friend called me. I am grateful for my home and the food in my fridge. I’ve tried reaching out to the new SM at my store near my home and first I asked for a permanent transfer but there was no room for me. I called and asked if I could possibly temporarily transfer (due to not being able to commute for a short time; my car got wrecked) she said she will check her schedule and I gave her my phone number and she never called me it’s been a few weeks. Es natural fijarse en otras personas estando en pareja, si no, nadie más podría parecerte atractivo.
Hay muchísimos casos de infidelidades. Si vas a querer estar con otras personas, no pretendas que estas en contra de las relaciones abiertas.
Es ilógico que si tienes muchísimos recuerdos felices con una persona, y supuestamente es una de las personas más cercanas que tienes, decidir terminar todo por que decidió seguir un instinto natural.
