My 2nd year service will be in July this year and I'm thinking of doing wheel alignment and balancing. Because many times I've ran through huge potholes at high speeds unknowingly (thanks to our amazing roads) and there was very loud thud sounds coming from either suspension or wheels. I haven't felt any major issues after such incidents, I've checked whether the car steers perfectly straight in highway with steering wheel straight, and I've checked the mileage of the car. As these are the signs if any wheel is alarmingly misaligned or there is some issue with the suspension. I just understood that I have slow down as much when there is a bump. Previously I had maruti celerio, I never faced this issue with it. I have a 64/65 ES-335 that I want to replace the bridge on. I bought a Gotoh bridge that came with 2 new threaded posts and round adjusting nuts. I expected to be able to just drop the new bridge onto the existing screw posts, restring the thing and be done; but Nooo, the bridge won't fit on the original screws and there is no slot on the old ones to screw them out and put in the new ones! So how are these things removed other than just using pliers or vice grips, which would permanently damage the threads which I definitely don't want to do.. Also, the new posts are slightly larger than the old ones and would probably need to be enlarged. So I'm stumped and just put the old one back on for now. Any suggestions?

Desde hace poco más de un año inicie un viaje de desarrollo personal, tome la desición de enfocarme en mis mas grandes metas y sueños debido a las personas que tuve la suerte de conocer, los cuales son personas disciplinadas y enfocadas en sobresalir y buscar hacer algo valioso con su vida, esto me ha traido muchos puntos positivos, pues he podido implementar nuevos habitos saludables en mi vida, como el ejercicio, la lectura, la alimentación, la higiene etc, pero a cambio tuve que sacrificar algo muy importante. Debido a que ahora le dedico más tiempo y esmero a mis metas como mencione anteriormente, he descuidado mi vida social, si bien estoy feliz de tener los amigos que les mencioné, no he tenido ningún tipo de relación intima con ninguna persona en mucho tiempo, ni me he llegado a interesar mucho en el tema, todo se ha vuelto una rutina que si bien me acerca a mis objetivos, me hace terminar el día buscando consuelo en mis amores platónicos debido a mi falta de interacción real con una persona a la cual pueda amar, esto me ha estado desgastando poco a poco y la verdad es que pienso que si continuo más tiempo por este rumbo las cosas pueden acabar muy mal, podrían darme algun consejo que pueda aplicar para solucionar este problema? No me gustaría que siga empeorando. OJO, debo aclarar algunas cosas, yo no soy una persona que tenga demasiada autoestima, de hecho no me considero atractivo y es por eso que una de mis más grandes metas es mejorar ese mismo aspecto de mi vida, pero ya que todavía me falta mucho para cumplirla, no he tenido la confianza de atreverme a buscar algún tipo de relación seria con ninguna persona. Estoy consciente de que no debo esperar al momento indicado debido a que es justo en ese tipo de situaciones donde la cosa puede terminar peor, pero simplemente no tengo el atrevimiento para hacerlo, así que les agradecería mucho si como dije antes, pudieran darme algún consejo para quitarme ese otro problema de encima y ponerle una solución, gracias por su atención.

Hey everyone,
So I was sitting on my couch watching some Hulu, my cat Hugo was laying next to me in front of the heater sleeping. I noticed his paws, ears, and tail began twitching and he would occasionally twitch his head and mouth. It wasn’t violent, just subtle twitching but easily noticeable. I also noticed while this was happening the fur on his tail was puffed up. I called his name and petted his back and he didn’t wake up. I then did this 2 more times before he picked his head up with his eyes closed, let out what sounded like a hiss but it was only for half a second, then opened his eyes and looked around the room and at me appearing confused. The twitching only lasted about 5-10 seconds before I woke him up.
After a few seconds after waking him up his puffed up tail went back to normal and he began acting like he normally does.
Idk if anyone saw my last post but he’s been over grooming recently and me or the vet have no idea why. Trialed Prozac but due to significant behavioral changes he was taken off that 3 weeks ago. He was only on the medication for 2 weeks. The vet did blood work and a full body X-ray and everything came back fine. Less than a week later he was back to his normal self.
I’ve had him almost a year and he’s never hissed at me. And he, or any cat I’ve ever had has never exhibited this twitching. So I was wondering if anyone had experience with this. Could it be seizure activity or was he maybe having a bad dream? I work as a paramedic and am very familiar with seizures and postictal periods in humans and know there are multiple presentations with seizures, but I’m not a vet and have no idea what to look for in cats or if they present differently. So if anyone has experience or knowledge with this it would be greatly appreciated.

2025.02.02 05:50 Hairy_Hog Dream adaptation?
We all know that an adaptation of these games would disappoint someone in some way, so take a moment to picture a perfect world where you get a GOOD adaptation of Thief, whether it's the story of one of the first three games or its own original story. What style would you choose? Live action TV series/movie? Anime? CGI? Who would play Garrett? If it's voiced and not acted I feel like the obvious would be Stephen Russell but I don't know if he can pull off that same voice anymore.
Personally I think a series adapting the first 3 games or at least Thief 2 would be cool. If it had to be a movie I would *really* love to see them try to capture the aesthetics of the first 2 game's cutscenes. It'd be hard to pull off over a whole movie I'm sure but remember this is a perfect world I'm imagining.
