Puta merda, Tive um ataque de pânico noturno. Tava dormindo numa pousada, devia estar sonhando alguma coisa. Minha mãe disse que eu acordei desesperado e gritando. Eu lembro de estar suando e com o coração disparado, com um medo irracional de tudo e de sequer pisar para fora do quarto. Era como se algo fosse me pegar. Até que eu fui me acalmando. Agora vou ter que dormir com a luz ligada.
Antes, eu tinha ido ao shopping, assisti a um filme de terror no cinema e não senti nenhum medo. Andei pelos corredores da pousada sozinho e no escuro, e nada. Já vi Hereditary de madrugada antes de dormir tranquilamente. Só hoje que acordei completamente apavorado de madrugada. Agora estou com receio de dormir e o ataque se repetir.
Acho que eu estava sonhando com algo que ativou meu instinto de luta ou fuga. Daí minha mãe fez barulho indo ao banheiro e me acordou, e eu acordei completamente desnorteado.
Desculpa se escrevi meio estranho, mas o que aconteceu foi o seguinte: estou viajando bem longe de casa com minha mãe. De madrugada, ela acordou para ir ao banheiro. Ela dorme no mesmo quarto que eu. Ela disse que eu acordei gritando e desesperado, e eu lembro vagamente de estar sonhando com algo antes. Acho que foi tão rápido que não deu tempo de distinguir sonho de realidade, então fiquei absolutamente cagado, com um terror primal e existencial de algo que não existia. Eu tomo antidepressivos, mas parei de tomar há alguns dias, e geralmente eu durmo absolutamente sozinho no meu quarto. Essa é a primeira vez que isso acontece e tô escrevendo isso poucos minutos depois do fato.
