2025.02.02 05:48 ketogize W7D1 - my HR peaked at 190bpm and in general was around 140+ for the entire run, should I be concerned?
I’ve been attempting to loosely follow C25K - I only run once a week for cardio, but work out the other four days of the week (lifting and boxing).
I run on a treadmill, it helps me with pacing and outdoor running is tough where I am. I usually do the warmup walk at 5kph, run at 8kph (and do the last 2-3 mins at 9kph) and then cooldown at 4.5-5kph depending on how tired I am.
My Fitbit was going crazy today when I was working out so I checked and saw my HR peaked at 190bpm, and for 23 of the 25 run minutes my heart rate was 140-190bpm.
I feel pretty ok right now, obviously tired and I got a slight cramp in my side; but just wanted to check if this is safe or problematic in any way? My resting HR for context is usually 57-63bpm.

Looking for help to update a server from 1.19.4 to as recent a version as possible
We have the following plugins: Coreprotect (has 1.21.x version) GSit (has 1.21.4 version) HiddenArmor (has 1.20.6 version) InvSeePlusPlus (has 1.21.4 version) LuckPerms (has 1.21.4 version) ProtocolLib (has 1.21.3 version) SimpleNicks (has 1.21.1 version) WhereMyFrame (has 1.21 version)
Also looking to add MCMMO (has 1.21.4 version) to the server with the update. We also do want Skoice for proximity voice chat if possible, but that's not the main priority
Anyone have any advice on both which version we can update to, but also how to do it? From what I can find, it should be done step by step, but do I have to update for every 1.x.x version, or can I just do 1.20 and then 1.21 ?

I had the issue that appears to have affected a lot of us. Got an iPhone in July 2022 and used an app to move my WhatsApp over. All was good until 6 months ago when all my migrated messages deleted. I didn’t really mind but today all the media has deleted. Is there any way to fix this (eg dr fone) or am I buggered now the media is gone? Honestly so annoyed I had pictures from 12 years ago that are now gone

Hi everyone. I was hoping for some objective advice.
I am 23(F) and have been working in marketing for 4 years. I moved to a big city 2 years ago and started at an agency (first one). It was amazing at first being a well known company, so many smart people etc.
The pay wasn’t great but I figured the pay off in learning all these skills would pay off in the future.
I have now been there for over a year and I am feeling burnt out and disheartened.
I guess like every company cracks eventually show, but I also feel like I have learned 80% of the marketing side I started the job for. I work so much overtime and am stressed about clients often and we have high workloads with not enough hours in the day and our clients expect a lot.
I have been given some things to work on around my retention and slight tweaks in customer service (really nothing dramatic) but a lot of the reasons for cancellations are out of my control. Examples are I don’t run ads so if a campaign doesn’t perform and I have offered my advice etc what more can I do, plus with the economy and how lux the agency is it makes sense smaller businesses have less cashflow. All my cancelled clients have expressed they loved working with me etc.
I am not one to shy from criticism, I want to know how I can improve but I feel like I am hitting a wall with already working so hard and now having been told I need to improve something I can’t really control. I have been told to tweak talk speed (mine is 181wpm) but I really don’t think this will make a Big difference, like if results are bad there is only so much you can talk your way out of it.
So my question is, should I look for a job that better aligns for me, with maybe less clients so I can get back to doing what I love and actually being able to spend more time on a campaign doing quality work, and not be living to work with overtime. Or do you think this would be running away from where I should stick it out and grow.
