I had a crown placed about a month ago, about one week after I had it put on it started feeling really sore and my gums all around it have been super tendesensitive and I’ve been getting a burning sensation around them?! I had an xray of the root canaled tooth underneath of it and he said it looks great and my gums don’t even look inflamed but it still occasionally hurts, is this normal? If so how long will it last and does it sound like a bite adjustment is needed? TIA

Hi all!
I am newish to crosstitch and have been using a mechanics neck light for a little over a month and not loving it- it is essentially two flashlights around my neck that can’t dim and don’t stay in place. One of my friends uses a headlamp but that felt like it would be a bit distracting. I was wondering what you all use as your light/ what methods has worked best for you in the past!
TLDR: What light method do you use so I can crosstitch in bed without waking up my bf?

I live in an apartment building. Recently the washers have been depositing oil on the clothes. I ran them on hot with a full scoop of oxyclean recently but it's oily again. I looked during my wash loads this evening and could see an oil sheen on the water. I ran most of the loads through twice. I'm at an absolute loss. This is only a recent problem. Should I give the new tenants the side eye or could it be a washer maintenance problem I should email the landlord about?
The good laundromat requires a bus ride so I don't want to do that if I don't have to.

My mom was going to send me there as i got ringworms that spread non stop and slow recovery because i took steriod injection for my severed ezcema condition. Now not only around groin area but both of my hands got ringworms between them.
I took three weeks terbinafine oral medication and apply cream treatment twice per day. I also avoid sugars since the first day i got it.

Hi everyone, I just joined the sub recently. I don't want this to go on for the length of an entire novel, so I'll try to keep it to the facts but forgive me if I get a bit pedantic on accident.
So the mold issue in my home is so bad, it has caused my husband multiple neurological symptoms including sleep disturbances, waking up at almost exact 2-3 hour intervals every night, and weird twitching movements in his sleep that can't be explained by any sleep testing or seizure testing. He also has odd "MS-like" (the Drs words) white matter lesions near the brain stem, which is not common and is causing him to have Central Sleep Apnea now. In Central Sleep Apnea, your brain stops telling your lungs to breathe when you're asleep. So he literally stops breathing in his sleep because his brain stem doesn't tell him that he needs to breathe. How terrifying do you think that is as a spouse?? Then we found out he has vascular damage in his brain and also thoracic outlet syndrome, in his clavicle region (which is fairly rare and, to be fair, unlikely to be caused by mold toxicity.)
Nonetheless, I do know that long-term exposure can cause high blood viscosity (thicker blood) which can increase the risk of blood clots - which he has had already and is on blood thinners now. Thoracic outlet syndrome basically means the arteries in his subclavian to rib area are compressed, giving him also a higher risk of clots.
As for me, I am 28 years old and have been diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease. I do have an autoimmune disease, specifically non-radiographic axial spondylorthritis, and also scoliosis in my thoracic spine which seemed to come out of nowhere. But I think I'm misdiagnosed. It's also been incidentally found that I have something called "phleboliths"), which are small calcified blood clots within your pelvic veins. They're generally considered non-specific in clinical diagnosis but I think it's weird that I have them in concurrence with abnormal pulmonary emboli that I had when I was taking birth control, (a known agitator of blood clots,) but the doctor even commented on how it was strange that I had dozens of mini-clots bilateralyl as well as several in each of my pulmonary arteries. And the Dr even said that usually birth control initiated clots don't show that manifestation. I'm just worried about the mini clots in my pelvis as well as the abnormal mini clots I had in my lungs being related. Reason being I have consistently tested for high rbc, hifh hemoglobin, high hematocrit, and high platelets. That was just in my blood. And my urine tested positive for protein, blood, calcium oxalate crystals and hyaline sheaths.
Before this year, I became agoraphobic and near catatonic. I became extremely afraid of going outside at all, even at my front door just to check the mail. It was very hard on my partner. I stayed inside and played video games with my mouth wide open staring at the screen for like 2 years. I knew I was miserable and that my partner was as well but there was nothing I could do to change it, and I didn't know why. I knew I wasn't lazy, and since I am autistic, I considered autistic burnout, but it didn't really feel like that. It felt like constantly dissociating. A constant fog over me that made it hard to think or talk or express myself or deal with any situation, stressful or not (in the eyes of other people,) I was completely and totally debilitated.
I don't know if my partner believes me yet, but I know that it was because of the most exposure. They had "remediated" a mold issue that showed up on a closet wall just 6 months prior. Most recently, I found a hidden crawl space, which we didn't even know about, and which held massive amounts of mold, and I mean years of it built up, which was attached directly to that closet. Then I discovered the mold was growing again in that closet and that they had simply put up new drywall and painted over the mold, probably hoping that it wouldn't show up again. I'm speaking to an attorney about my options since I don't have the funds to break my lease until December and I can't stay here in this house. If only I could post pictures here so that y'all could see it. Although I'm sure many of you have been in similarly disastrous conditions, so I probably don't need to tell you that the exact details for you to believe how much this has wreaked havoc on my family. My cat randomly developed asthma at 8 years old. My other cat really only comes out of hiding when he needs to eat or take a shit. None of us are happy, all of us are sick, no one is benefiting besides my landlord. I have an attorney and I have piles of photos from around the house. My landlord will pay, trust me. They will all pay.
