Buenos días BuenosAires, son actualmente las 3:00 de la mañana. Es un domingo, aparentemente igual de rutinario como cualquier otro.
El dia de hoy me vi despertado a tal horario gracias al estremecedor del parlante de los vecinos el cual reproduce algunas canciones de cumbia de las cuales no se su nombre.
Me extraña, puesto que aunque los vecinos de en frente han gozado más de una vez de este tan conocido ritual, nunca habían puesto la musica tan fuerte y mucho menos a esta hora. Para colmo, hace varios meses existe sospecha de que estos individuos nos robaron la computadora unos meses atrás, cuando dejamos el local descuidado unos minutos.
No me considero una persona vengativa, les eche únicamente una miradita tipo slenderman desde las sombras a ver si asustandolos, quizas, le bajaban un poquito a la musica. Aunque de poco serviria porque ya no creo volverme a dormir.
Por alguna razón, el cuerpo se me estremece, las extremidades se me aflojan y el corazón se me estremece al pensar en la idea de la venganza. Pasan por mi mente ideas como el pegarles un pequeño grito a ver si entran en razón, u otros clásicos como el disco de meo, pero todas se me hacen opciones demasiado barbáricas.
En su lugar, quiero por algo mucho mas benigno. Pondré, apenas tenga la oportunidad, una parte importante de mi sueldo en la compra de un buen equipo de sonido, mejor que el que tienen ellos, el mas caro del mercado si hace falta.
Y entonces, apenas se les ocurra volver a hacerme esta canallada, llevare el equipo con un alarga hasta el portón, que de directamente en frente a su casa, y pondré la Balada No. 1 en mi menor de Chopin, pieza que quizas sea lo suficientmente poderosa para tapar el estruendo de su cumbia.
Si vamos a despertar a todo el barrio hagamoslo con un poquito de clase, no?

I know I’m a guy, and we are supposed to be hairy, but my body is way, way hairier than the average guy. My legs are so hairy that I don’t even like wearing shorts. My hands are so hairy that I always wear full-sleeve shirts.
From my face to my chest to my legs, I don’t know why I have so much body hair, it just feels weird. Let me know your thoughts about it.

How are you going to convince people to consume less with unhinged, aggressive rants about the end of the world and consumption reduction tips that go against hygiene (in a post-pandemic world, no less!)? How are you going to retain readers and others to converse with when you attack them for daring to buy something,? No one can produce all of their own needs, especially not in today's world. Some of the behavior I see here, it's too extreme, and the expectations some of you out there have are unrealistic.
It's not all of you. There are some cool conversations on here, but seriously. This attitude won't convince they should consume less, and it won't grow the subreddit beyond the group of people who are already into consuming less.
