Currently have a quote in with Nexus, and not that they’ve been bad or anything, but they asked for a window of time frame, and I gave them Thursday - Tuesday, so far I really haven’t gotten a solid answer of when a driver would be assigned. F150 super crew lariat going from Minneapolis MN to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Is this how it normally goes? The shippers give you a window? They quoted me for a 1825 for an enclosed trailer. Never shipped a car but part of me is ready to fly up there and drive it myself.
Anyone think they can match/ beat it, and make it happen this weekend or Monday? I have a feeling I’m going to see Tuesday by with no answer from them.

I’m upgrading my PC just the case, fans, and AIO. I’m not really sure where to go with it though. I can’t find a good AIO cooler without an LCD screen. For the fans I can’t choose between RGB the Lian Li SL V2s and the Infinitys or a no silent and no light build with noctua fans. What would you guys suggest? It’s an all black build and the case would be a Lian Li O11.

Thinking of quitting my current job, but not sure if I'm maybe just over reacting or if it's worth it...
Basically; Applied to a local fine dining place Got hired on 8 or 9 months ago Applied to and was told I was hired for a sous position Chef had me stage for two weeks for 11 an hour Chef was impressed by my skills/work ethic
After staging chef said he'd bump up my pay, but the owner wanted me to train on one specific station before he'd go through with it All good, keep working. We're understaffed at this time so when I don't get trained on that station no eyebrows get raised
Fast forward two or so months, chef still hasn't trained me on that station. I asked him about it and he said he just never got to it, promises to do it soon. Also; not doing any actual sous work as I'm filling in for grill who's guy was fired before I got on.
Flash forward to now, life stuff happened on my end so I stopped badgering about the training. Basically know the station now (it's not very complicated) but was never formally trained so I've been on grill and been paid my staging rate this whole time. Two people got hired and trained on everything immediately, now have an official sous chef that's not me. Chef promised me he'd get me the raise two weeks ago, and two weeks have gone by with no mention or "when I get time" if I ask him.
Lately both the sous and chef don't seem to like me, chef constantly critiquing my work harshly or just making fun of me/how I look/any hobbies I mention and sous generally only yelling at me when she's on shift.
Thought about talking to "HR" (the owner) about it, but him and the chef are buddy buddy and it most likely won't go anywhere since I'm not sure if I have the owner's actual number (he's barely in the restaurant).
Is it time to go, or is this normal? This is my first fine dining kitchen I've worked at, before this I was at a small family restaurant for almost two years. Looking for guidance and maybe a good smack on the head if this is over nothing

After dinner in the parking lot, my partner told a group of friends my invention, even though he knew it was a secret. I said don't tell anyone that, and he then blurted out another detail about it that I'm even more secretive about. The group started laughing and thought it was funny. I was mortified. One of them said she would give me some tips to help with development. I certainly don't want any tips from someone was never goingto tell... I want to pick who I tell about it myself, and I want to do it in an appropriate setting with respect for the invention. Now my partner thinks I'm insane for being so upset about it. Am I really crazy, or is this something other inventors deal with?.... not sure how to feel, but it feels violating.
