So my best track I asked to get monetised is still under review after a week. The thing is I am currently going above 4k views in a few days. Which is probably low for you guys but is way more then I expected. Now when I listen to it I do get ads on my other phone.

 | In December i had the best scores ever, with exceptional resilience until christmas. And my cardiovascular age was +6 YEARS compared to october (from -1.5 to +4.5). I was exercising a lot more, doing sauna and cold exposure, not drinking, best hrv i ever had. Every week it increased. Then i stopped doing all of that for the holidays: resilience tanked and CVA dropped with 3 years… If i now have a sleep over 85 i just know my CVA increases. Below 70 it decreases. So my urologist has me on 100mg Test Cyp and 1mg Anastrozole weekly and 5mg tadalafil daily.
My Total Testosterone is 834 and Free Testosterone is 262. Estradiol is a bit high around 51 so he had me start the anastrozole. Daily tadalafil at 5mg.
I feel amazing to the point that my wife can’t handle me wanting sex all the time. Working out helps but I still want to do my wife.
It’s like a trifecta of wanting to have sex medications. Is anyone else on them all at the same time and experiencing the same?
Is there any way around it or any tips on not wanting to have sex every day? I’m looking into meditation.
It took about 3 months to dial down to get me right on the money for total test and keeping at 100mg weekly. We had 125mg weekly once and my total test was 1017 which was higher than my urologist wanted.
I do not want to change from 100mg weekly since when I was at a lower dosage, I still wasn’t feeling well. 100mg is the sweet spot. Once I get my bloodwork to see if the anastrozole works in three weeks I might go back to 125mg weekly.
