The median pay at all of these IIMs is ~ 30LPA CTC. Since IB/VC and fin roles in general needs experience and stellar acads, most people here opt for targeting consulting jobs as they're a little forgiving to freshers at least for recruiting.
Do consulting firms pay differently based on experience level? I've heard firms paying 35-43LPA but the same ones paying ~22LPA for those with no experience on some post (maybe MBA) How credible is that?

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing well! I just cleared out some of my servers and would love to pick up a few more rps! I added a little description for each of them, but can add more if you're interested!
PLOTS
PLOT 1: Vampire Lord x Human
Pairing: FxM// MxM
Think Dracula and Lisa from Castlevania relationship - someone that humanizes the vampire and tries to make him see humanity in a new light. I have a few ideas for this, so info below:
- MC is a vampire hunter who has been trained to fear and kill the undead. YC is a vampire. MC They form some sort of relationship together based on understanding that grows into an actual relationship. Would love a slow-burn enemies to lovers.
- This could be a few years into their relationship. The two have been together for a bit. YC (the vampire) is being called to take a side in the war against humans as a vampire. How does this affect the relationship between them? Will he stay committed to his idea of trusting humans?
- YC lost their human love a long time ago and now has been reincarnated. How does he approach her?
Pairing: FxM//MxM//FxF
This is just a general plot idea! Fae, werewolves, vampires, sorcerers, etc! I am open to anything here. I am really open to most things as long as it has some sort of supernatural element and romance involved! Modern fantasy, high fantasy - down for it all. I love worldbuilding so creating a world is definitely a must for me! I am not really a slice of life person though.
FANDOMS
CASTLEVANIA: I just finished Catlevania: Nocture and am craving something from the series! I love the idea of Olrox x Mizark (A continuation of Mizark's new life of a vampire) or Alucard x Trevor x Sypha (Honestly, all I want is more of their dynamic fighting demons. I think this could be fun as a small group.).
GREEK MYTHOLOGY: I have a few Greek Mythology ideas. I love a modern version of Hades/Persephone; the messed up relationship of Zeus/Hera; or heartbreaking love Achilles/Patroclus. In that line, if anyone likes the game Hades, I would love a Zagreus/Thanatos.

ABOUT ME
- I'm 25+ and located in the PST.
- I consider myself adv-lit to novella and expect my partner to at least do their best to match.
- I only RP on Discord as it's easier to organize
- I try to reply at least once every few days usually once a day depending on how I'm feeling. During the weekday if I am into the plot, I try to respond as fast as I can.
- If I'm not feeling a plot, I will let you know and expect the same. I understand though life gets busy with things.
- I love communication and collaboration. :) I will gladly give you google docs of world building.

I was ordering a hotdog and Sprite and a guy came up behind me to get a closer look at the menu. Not sure if he was breathing through his mouth or what, but man, the stale beer smell coming off of him. That was me for almost 30 years I'm sure, beer, wine, or liquor breath.
Anyway, it was a good game (our team won) and the hotdog was great too!

2025.02.02 05:37 pokemonface12 New to Comics, why 2 runs?
I havent read comics since I was in middle school some 10 years ago and I read some Moon Knight and the like recently through Marvel Unlimited. I loved Squirrel Girl as a kid and always have loved the F4 though Id never read a comic of theirs. I was excited to see Ryan North had started a F4 run and in the past couple weeks I've been excidetly reading it and catching up, which I've just finished doing. Unlimited seems to be on a 3 month delays so I went to the only nearby comic shop after work and grabbed 26 (because I loved it a lot) and 27. No 28 or, if it exists yet, 29. But I saw a totally different F4 run's #1. Is that the one before the North series where the scattered members reunite? Or are there 2 F4 runs going right now?
PS: I'm not a marvel expert anymore at all, if ever I was. Shouldn't these people be 80? How many universe resets have there been? Didn't they dodge the big Franklin one?

I was traveling with my wife from Navi mumbai to mumbai, under the freeway near chembur(by mistake i came in this route).. and just because of the unevenness between right and left side of the road, my new bike lost the balance and fell on the ground. Crash guard saved us to be left with some bruised skin.but what can i even do in such situations? All of it happened with seconds
But the roads are really pathetic. Coming from Hyderabad, been living in Bengaluru but i feel the roads here in Mumbai are the worst. Even on flyovers, there are patches everywhere. The development has become too narrowed to limited regions.
