 | Day 19, and it finally doubled! It took about 15 hours, but my starter finally hit that milestone! For the past few days, I’ve been feeding it 1:2:2 (12pm everyday), but it was only giving me about an inch of rise—until today. I guess it finally adjusted, and now it’s taking off! Super excited to see where it goes from here.

I just watched Fellowship of the Ring for the first time (please no spoilers for the others) and found that the Shire theme is played a LOT with not much variation, to the point where I felt a bit like “okay we get it, shire stuff = shire theme”. I’m kind of obsessed with leitmotifs, but I much prefer when a balance is towed between recognizable usage and using variations to make it more interesting and meaningful. It got me thinking about other leitmotifs that got a similar reaction from me: Wonder Woman yells in ZSJL, the Death Star motif, and almost the Imperial March in ESB.
Does anybody else have instances of being annoyed by a theme appearing too much? (Especially recurring unmodified from the original statement)

Ok so I started dating this guy at the beginning of my junior year that I had been friends with since freshman year. Things were great for 2 and a half months and I really liked him. Late December I found out he was cheating on me with 2 girls at our school who I was actually friends with. So out of the 2 girls one is seriously more problematic. Let's call her Mia. At first Mia said she wasn't trying to cheat and she didn't like Max romantically and she was so sorry and confused. (BS)
Ok so my best friend of 10 years(Bella) knew that Mia was cheating with my at the time boyfriend(Max). Bella had gotten really close with Mia to the point she distanced from me. Mia has hated me since day 1 (I dont know how I didnt know this). But I genuinely did not notice. So yeah for a while Mia had convinced Bella to not be friends with me? They most def trash-talked me.
So yeah Bella didnt tell me when she knew Mia and Max were cheating. Then when everything came out, Mia's reputation took a hit. Bella then came back and told me she's on my side and lalalala.
Max and Mia are straight up doing it. Im 99% sure Bella knows. I broke up with Max over a month ago so its whatever. ATP its more about Bella.
And wtf is wrong with Mia? Why did she come after me?
And is it ok that I still feel hurt that Max did that? We talked about getting married and everything. He seemed sorry at first but now that hes literally doing Mia, clearly he isn't sorry?? Does he feel bad for what he did to me? Should I just get over it, is it bad that I feel hurt?
