Hi All,
I know this is not correct sub but I am looking for this answer.
I was on Kashi visit this weekend and it was absolutely beautiful, bit crowded but amazing experience. When I was returning from of the Ghat ( big stairs left to Harishchandra Ghat where there is one small templn of Ruru bhairav baba ), A baba was sipping tea there and when my brother greeted him and then in return gave us pair of bead of rudraksh from his bag ( 5 mukhi and 6 mukhi ). I just want to know what can I do with those pairs because I don't wear rudraksha and also no one in my family. Can I simply keep it in my Puja room or at my study table where there is one small pic of baba vishwanath. I'll appreciate if any one could pls share any advise.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RESPONDING:
So this was over a year ago now, but I matched with a girl on tinder about a year and a half ago. Was only texting her for a few days until I impulsively blocked her out of anxiety. So we texted for a few days (FYI I was 20 at the time, I’m 22 now) and had a lot of anxiety back then, was really only on tinder because a friend convinced me to make one. We texted a little for a few days, not sure she was even looking for a boyfriend or just a talking buddy tbh. I wasn’t disrespectful to her at all when texting, I was being nice to her, and she was to me as well. We FaceTimed one night as well, but only for like 5-10 minutes because she had to go help her parents with something. Anyways, a couple days afterwards, I also find out that my dad took a job in another state so my parents and I would be moving, so I won’t even be living anywhere near her. So I was up late at night that night stressing, and impulsively decided to temporarily block her because I was just rushing with anxiety and honestly wasn’t really ready to date. About a month later, I felt bad about it, so I unblocked her, but never texted her again or anything, but she can confront me about it if she wants to (And if she even cares).
Anyways, sometimes I still feel bad about this. I don’t know, I know there’s a lot of worse things you can to than that, but I still feel bad sometimes. I can’t message her because I lost her number as well. I found her on Facebook a couple months ago and she seems to be doing well and she even has a boyfriend now and stuff so she probably doesn’t even care, and I know it was almost 2 years ago now, but I just feel guilty sometimes. Also FYI, neither of us even made any plans to meet up IRL or even mentioned the idea of dating or anything like that before.
Anyways, should I be feeling super guilty about this mistake I made 1 1/2 years ago, or should I just move on?

I have just been up for hours bingeing on bread and butter. Have severe gp but only ever regurgitate, don’t vomit.
I am 175cm and 88lbs.
I am so hungry.
Sometimes when i get desperate i end up bingeing like this on unsafe foods. For a long time before diagnosis i thought i had BED because of this behaviour. In hindsight it was always as a result of starvation and always an objectively normal amount of food. But i figured only rational conclusion to draw from how unwell it made me, was that i was bingeing.
But when i would look support in BED groups etc, i couldn’t find anyone who had consequences from binges likevi seemed to.
Currently i am curled up in bed intermittently regurgitating clumps of bread between waves of ungodly nausea and i feel genuinely like i might die every 10 mins. This is likely to go on (nausea wise) for at least half a day.
I can’t expect sympathy as i do this to myself. But i just want to know if i’m alone in the destructive desperation bingeing and the subsequent nightmare that follows.
GI is considering tube btw. I am just very reluctant due to trauma and fear of losing bodily autonomy.
Any input or wisdom would be so so appreciated. Sending light and love to u all.
