About over 6 months ago I had a pretty large stye on my left eye it lasted for a bit till it started to drop in size, eventually the head of the stye was about gone and the only thing left was a little Inflammation, Not thinking anything of it I left it alone just waiting for it to go back to normal, but its been 6+ since then and my eyelid is puffier then the other I've tried a hot compress and Massage and had no progress. I feel like it's completely bruised the way I feel about my looks and it drives me insane, I hope my eyes can be symmetrical again.
Note of things I've noticed:
in mornings it gets way puffier then normal and if I try massaging or anything of that nature it gets the most puffy then any other time

New player with about 15-20 hours of gameplay. Iā€™ve mostly been playing army general to try out all the units. Iā€™ve got a hang on German units after doing the German side of the AG scenarios. Iā€™m trying the Soviet side now and Iā€™ve had a rough time with their infantry. Is there no way for Soviet infantry to win a moderate ranged firefight (100-300m) without any supporting arms?
So far, I get that Soviet infantry has to close the distance for their PPSh to overcome the Germans. <100m engagements have generally gone in my Soviet infantryā€™s favor unless the enemy has MP44s or flamethrowers.
But >100m? I got my ass kicked unless facing specific German units. Gvardyia struggle against Pz. Grenadiers, getting any SMG infantry to close the gap even in urban combat is hard. Is there any way for Soviet infantry to win a 1:1 infantry battle at moderate range or is charging the enemy under the cover of smoke my only option for Soviet infantry?

My hip flexors start hurting when I lift my leg over 90Ā° or do a hollow body hold, or get up after lying on a couch. Sometimes the pain lingers for a few minutes and sometimes it's just gone instantly.
I want to preface this with the fact that I have quite overused my hip flexors in the last few weeks by doing weighted inverts and shoulder mounts, backflips and front split stretching.
So I assume it's just strained, but the pain is very weird. It does not really hurt, but my hip feels "blocked", like the muscle is stuck in or around a bone and you need to untangle it. If you move it a bit or wait the feeling just vanishes instantly sometimes. It's also hard to reproduce the sensation as the same movement won't give the same result.
I'm now resting for 5 days and it has not really changed. Did anyone experience a similar thing once and should I just wait for it to heal or see a PT?
