2025.02.02 07:00 SatisfyingDegauss Pal 1.6 not powering on after hard drive removal, FATXplorer file copy and installing hard drive.
I've reconnected the hard drive to my pc as it's too far away to FTP via a powered IDE to USB cradle and hard drive is detected and accessible still. I don't think its dead unless FATxplorer has corrupted something?
Alladin chip, evo x from back in the day.
I get no lights, fan spins for 1 second and I get a little chirp noise.
I took the whole thing apart about a month ago to remove dust and has worked fine ever since.
Is there any missing hardware like screws that prevents powering on? Is it just luck something has happened to the PSU and its multimeter time?

Not sure if the guys I just raced in F4 Fixed will see this, in particular a massive shout out to Shane Brock from Aus.
I was definitely the slower car and you pushed me the entire race. You so easily could have pushed me or done a crazy over take but you raced so cleanly and respectfully and I had to put every lap together perfectly to hold you off.
It was an absolute joy to race against such a good driver. All the best.
