2025.02.02 06:46 LyaeraAsunaya Mindbloom SQ Shipment Issues
I’ve had generally great experiences with Mindbloom for my first rounds of treatment. My clinician is still wonderful as well.
However, since switching to SQ - Miller’s Pharmacy have repeatedly delayed refilling the prescription and it’s been a lot of back and forth to ensure I get my meds. After 3 months of that occurring monthly, I’m now facing a situation where they have provided no shipment notification, no tracking number of any kind, and are claiming that shipment delivery failed.
I’m at a loss bc I don’t know if I should continue with Mindbloom after these issues. Ketamine therapy has been so essential for me and these setbacks have made my treatments feel so inconsistent + I’m now worried I’m going to have paid for a treatment I will never receive.

I won’t write a long post but I will answer any questions based on my experience and research. I recently have been diagnosed with a rare tumor called a Pheochromocytoma. It’s rare because it under diagnosed not that it’s likely as rare as the 1-8 in a million per year rarity it’s known as.
My most intense symptoms have been resistant hypertension and migraines although the list of symptoms caused from this tumor I’ve had are below:
Fatigue Vision issues Migraines Some pain in abdomen Resistant Hypertension on meds Constipation Sweating Tachycardia Panic attacks
If you research this you will see i have all of the symptoms perfectly unfortunately and unfortunately none of the doctors of ERs caught it. So I am not saying you have this but if it sounds like you then you might get a CT if you abdomen. You will need an ultrasound first per insurance guidelines before they will cover CT but the CT shows a clear image the ultrasound can’t. I am on 3 blood pressure meds and I’m only 31. I’m healthy and until December 2023 haven’t had any issues. It is known as the great mimicker and hard to find. My renin and catecholamines were VERY high on blood work so you could start with that if you want.
If you do find out you have this. All I can say exhaustingly enough is DO YOUR RESEARCH. I promise these doctors will hurt you if you don’t properly and thoroughly research and educate yourself. My best offering of advice to go to Adrenal.com and that’s the best site for accurately guided information. Hope all the best for you!

2025.02.02 06:46 thefunparts94 Dog specifically poops upstairs in the bedroom at a friend’s house. Doesn’t poop inside anyone else’s house. And only upstairs at their house. Any advice?
I’ve got an 8 lb Chiweenie mix. We adopted him over a year and a half ago. We live in a 3-story townhouse. We have a patio with a potty area and a doggy door, and he uses it just fine every day. He hasn’t had an accident in our home in over a year.
We play board games at a friend’s house every other weekend and he specifically poops in their upstairs bedroom. They have a doggy door also and a large backyard, which he also uses to potty! But if he has access to the top floor he will run in the bedroom and poop on the carpet.
They put up a gate at the bottom of the stairs when we come over, but whenever anybody accidentally bumps the gate a little going up or down, he seizes the opportunity to squeeze through and run up and poop in the bedroom again. He’s so, so fast. Often nobody even notices that he has pooped until many hours later when our friends who own the house are going to bed. He has also never pooped on their main floor.
He’s been a regular visitor at 2 other homes besides theirs over the past year, and he has never had an accident anywhere else. Even at our other friends’ apartment that doesn’t have a doggy door - if he needs to go out, he’ll sit in front of me and whine. (We specially WAITED to install the doggy door at our place until he was potty-trained to let us know he needed to go outside, and then once he was potty-trained, then we gave him access to let himself in and out.)
This situation calls for training, but does that mean we just… go upstairs with him on purpose and spray him with water or something when he attempts to poop? What if he doesn’t do it while we’re watching?
Aside from this very strange thing, he’s a pretty smart boy. He learns tricks very quickly and understands a lot of words. Thanks in advance for your help! 🥲

I have posted before when my pup was very young about her struggles with eating too fast and being able to outsmart all of the slow feeders. She is almost too smart for her own good, and has been eating her meals out of this inverted rubber ball thing since she was a few months old (absolute life changer for fast eaters btw), as she has to roll it around and bounce it for the food to come out. She is now a year and a half old and the cutest corgi/pit mix ever. Well, the past few days she has been refusing to eat her meals and I got very concerned because she would do anything for food, and has only refused a meal if she had a little upset stomach in the past. So, I made a vet appointment because the only way she would eat was if I legitimately hand fed her.
I was talking with my roommate about this and sharing my concerns, and she jokingly states that maybe my pup is feeling left out because her older sister (roommate’s dog who is 7 years old) eats out of a bowl. Well, I wanted to test that theory. I went out and bought her a bowl that looks just like the one my roommate’s dog has. At dinner time I put her food in this bowl and she does not hesitate to go right up to it and start munching. She eats the entire thing and doesn’t just inhale it like she used to. My jaw is on the floor. The next morning, I put her food into the ball thing we have been using for over a year, and yep, you guessed it, she refused to eat. So I put her food into the bowl instead, and she happily eats it all.
Saved me the vet bill at least! Very humored by my dog’s way of advocating for herself and proving to me that she is a “big girl” now LOL

But was Jey Uso winning the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble needed? Sure, he is over with the crowd due to his past storyline with the Bloodline that span throughout multiple years and fans enjoy that “YEET” catchphrase he does and he sells tons of merchandise, but was that enough to earn him the title opportunity? In my personal opinion, I think that Jey really lacks the in-ring skills to carry a Wrestlemania on his own as he only has three movesets. Which is the exact same as brother Jimmy. And he really has a difficult time cutting promos without saying “YEET!” in every sentence. Even his post Royal Rumble press conference promo was bad. He was contemplating who he was going to wrestle between Gunther, who he lost to multiple times to, just like last week at the Saturday Night Main Event PPV; or Cody Rhodes and he was like “Am I going to YEET over here, or am I going to YEET over there”, and I just had to turn it off. You had wrestlers like John Cena, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Jacob Fatu, and I wouldn’t have mind if a wrestler like Carmelo Hayes or Andrade Almas winning to fight Cody at Wrestlemania as those were matches I wanted to see at WM41. The Golden Cows were his and not Zeus's right? Why didn't he just go after odysseus himself? I find it hard to believe that a god/titan wouldn't go and deal with a few humans personally. What I find stranger is that not only was he able to make what's basically his boss handle it for him, but that superior god is someone as arrogant and self centered as Zeus. To me, that feels like an inquisitor asking Darth Vader to do a mission for you and succeeding. Unless Helios is stronger, I imagine there'd be at least a 25% chance of him getting his ass beat for even asking.

I’m looking to replace my current car Tata Nexon, Petrol Manual 2022 model as my company’s car lease is moving to an EV only policy from April. I’m trying to decide if I should foreclose the current lease and get a VFM car. Looking at options I’m torn between going for an EV vs ICE.
For ICE I test drove Kia Syros Diesel AT. The car was sluggish and felt very flimsy but it was spacious and easier to drive in Bangalore traffic.
For EV I’m considering Nexon 45 kWh. Both cars are priced at almost the same range.
I could stretch to Curvv Accomplished 55kwh but that’s still 4 Lakhs and very budget.
My needs are about 50 kms driving for 3 days a weeks and I have a Wife and 2 kids.
The last time I went on a long trip was around 300 kms. So not much long range driving.
Yet I’m concerned about EV range on a fully loaded Nexon or Curvv Vs the flimsy but spacious and range anxiety less car like Syros.
Suggestions please?
