My symptoms started after I had my daughter 2 years ago .
So these are my symptoms, lower back (coccyx area ) both glutes , both outer sides of thighs and if i walk a good amount heel discomfort.
I wouldn’t say it’s pain , but more of soreness. Like the feeling you get right after you work out .
I recently started doing stretches , but I think its too soon to see results .
I had an xray of sacral area , everything normal . Currently waiting for pending mri
