2024.11.24 23:08 RunningToTheMoon QM7 not recognizing Dolby Vision?

Has anyone had this issue? Trying to watch Game of Thrones on my blue ray player and it auto detects as HDR10 instead of Dolby Vision, and I don't see anywhere in the settings in either the TV or blu ray player to change it.
The TV and blu ray player have detected Dolby Vision in the past so not sure what the problem is.
Suggestions?

I stream a weekly show the school I work at, my only knowledge of OBS is youtube tutorials. That being said, I am having trouble with the stream quality. I have the camera linked below. I have the HDMI OUT in 4K and have reviewed any settings I can think of to get the stream to be the best quality. I am using a macbook to run OBS. Is there anything I am missing. I have attached a screenshot to show what am I describing. I am having a hard time believing that my Iphone can record at a higher quality that this current set up. If this is the wrong subreddit please guide me in the right direction.

Hola a tod@s, espero se encuentren bien.
Pues al grano, llevo una semanas en Tinder y he tenido likes y matchs por parte de chicas. Diría que en general hasta ahora han sido chicas promedio.
Hasta que el día de ayer una chica atractiva me dio like, esto puedo saberlo ya que en el apartado de likes la silueta que aparece concuerda con el perfil que me muestra Tinder en estos momentos, y pues la chica si es muy bonita y buenota para que decir que no jajaja.

So today while I was at an event I started feeling super tired and dizzy and had 💩 cramps, immediately put me in panic mode but stayed until the end of the event because it was a big deal for my brother. Once I got home, I went 💩and it was only little bit but not runny or anything. Then I put my heating pad on my stomach and took a 2 hour nap. Nekohiki no Oruorane Length: 30 minutes Seasonal Theme: what if Santa Claus played jazz? Cat Player Oruorane's title might give you a worried moment, but have no fear - there's nothing the least bit gruesome about this charming little 1992 story set in Switzerland (I think). Our protagonist is feeling pretty out, just looking to spend his last penny on booze, when he meets a strange old man with a long silver beard in an alleyway. There's not really much more to say without spoiling this simple tale.
The music is a high point of course - credited to Hajime Hyakkoku, who also worked on the music of the K-On series. This one's gonna hit right if for you, the holiday season is all about those classic tunes that you just can't understand why people seem to dislike so much.
Hakumei to Mikochi: Neji to Bed to Irori to Bakuchi Length: 24 minutes Seasonal theme: winter clothes are cute; gambling is cool and fun okay so this one's a little cheeky. u/DutchPeasant already wrote an excellent WT for the main anime. This is entirely more of the same, and shares the same strong showing of Masaomi Andou's panelised style, the warm and comfy art, and the spirited folksy soundtrack by the now well-known Evan Call. But I didn't even realise this special existed for a long time, and the numbers on MAL suggest that might be a common experience. And if you haven't watched the main series... well, you probably should watch it first, but it's pretty episodic. You could read the blurb and jump right in with this one, I feel.
After a sunny interlude with Jada, whose eggshell house has broken apart around the screw that held it up, the story centers around the titular Hakumei & Mikochi caught in a snowstorm and taking shelter with some, err, "friends"? This one's for you if your holidays are about getting cosy 'round the fire, getting drunk, and getting into arguments over Monopoly.
Shashinkan Length: 17 minutes Seasonal theme: life flashes by in a series of frozen moments, age arriving with each turning of the calendar and yet seemingly all at once in a weight of time that crushes you. Happy New Year! A beautiful story about a photographer and a returning customer, telling the tale of their lives and times through mere brief peeks. It makes the interesting choice of omitting all dialogue, focusing even more on the gorgeous art and the refined score. There's really not much more to say. This one's for you if the winter just has you waiting for spring. It'll be here soon enough.

2024.11.24 23:08 thesungod_ra New build won't boot, but RGB lights on motherboard are on

Hey everyone, just worked on my second overall build (my first being 10 years ago) and I'm having an issue where I when I plug in my PSU, the RGB lights on my motherboard turn on, but when I hit the on button, nothing happens, and when I try to short the pins, nothing happens either. I have attached a video of what my build looks like and here are some details and what I've tried so far, previous reddit posts haven't helped as much.
Build:
Case: Lian Li O 11D Evo RGB (lambo)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700x3d
Motherboard: TUF gaming x670E - Plus wifi
PSU: Corsair rm1000x (overkill I know, but i will be upgrading the build in few years for work)
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro evo M.2 2TB
AIO: Artic liquid freezer III 360 RGB
RAM: G. skill Flare x5 DDR5
few lian li unity case fans (not plugged in for troubleshooting purposes)
GPU hasnt arrived yet but i figured it should boot without it because my cpu has integrated graphics
What I've tried so far:
1) Trying to short pins on motherboard for turning on - nothing happens
2) Making sure all my cables from my PSU to the motherboard and CPU are correct , including not being PCIe cables. unplugged and plugged them all back in
3) Trying only one stick of RAM in A2 slot (tried both)
4) Making sure that all the screws for motherboard on case are properly screwed in (didnt add any additional standoffs , just screwed in the motherboard default with what was in the case.
5) updated BIOS via flashback - it acted like it updated, flashed all the lights and after some time stopped flashing, which makes it seem like it worked
6) take out CMOS battery for 30 seconds then put it back in - also flashed bios again after
7) swap around the pins for the cooler in the AIO_pump, CPU fans etc spots up top
8) try different outlets
This is what I remember so far but if I can remember other things I've tried ill add it to this list. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

HELP (my chiller dudes) Onicon turbine style insertion flow meter on a chiller.
Two months in and an orange ink like substance is getting inside where the turbine spins on the shaft. It’s clogging up and slowing down the turbine and throwing off the flow reading creating false BAS alarms.
I remove it and blast out the orange ink with break cleaner, she spins great, two months later I’m back.
This is going to be an annoying nuisance.
Fluid is propylene glycol, 30%, dyed green.
Has anyone ever had this issue?
