My fav left me in may, and the new school year started in August.
It’s heart wrenching how everyday I used to get up with no argument, didn’t dare to miss a day of school. Now I can barely get dressed, I try to get out of going any chance I get. She was my motivation, and now I have nobody. I used to go every day for her, I wanted to do good to make her proud. Now I just hope I can pass. I used to walk into that building with the first thought to go to her and talk to her. Now I walk around and look at every place we’d meet in the morning seeing the fact she isn’t there. I just want her to come back. I hate everything again, she made things better until she left. Now I can’t even keep my eyes open in the morning, I just don’t care about anything. I used to hate the weekends now I can’t wait for them to come.

I’m a rather time poor and minimalist person. I used to do the RR mixed with running and yoga, but I’m under a time crunch for the next few months so looking to reduce my workout time.
I’m tossing up splitting the RR over 2 days as a push pull split:
Push Push ups Handstand pushups Squats
Pull Chin ups Rows Deadlifts
I’d do some core work at the end of each day as a finished as well.
My only concern with that is I like to do superset pairs as I can’t stand long rest times, and that may not work well with a push pull split. My other plan would be as follows (with superset triplets noting they’re not ideal but I like them):
Day 1 Chin ups Squats Push ups
Day 2 Rows Handstand push ups Deadlifts
Is there any significant benefit of doing one way over the other?

For reference, I have a 3070 ti and like to run games at very high graphics, like assetto corsa and call of duty; which I know can be very taxing on your computer. However I’ve been noticing my fps is not holding up like it used to and was wondering if it might be my cpu holding my game performance back? I can get about 60-80 fps in assetto corsa on very high graphics, and around 110 in Warzone, however I’d like to be reaching at least 120 in assetto corsa and 165 in Warzone. Do you guys think upgrading my cpu will make that big of a difference ? It also could be that my pc is just getting old (bought around 2021 and have been pushing it to the limits since). Just finished the story and really don't know why they made it so impossible to follow. There are some things that were really aggravating to me about it and I'd like some clarification on any of them.
Why so many false narratives? So the main story/reality has cloud lunge past Aerith, deflect sephiroth's deathblow and masamune stabs into the ground, then it glitches to the sword at a slightly different angle and sephiroth is stabbing it through Aerith, but Cloud has to turn around to see her fall. If he doesn't lunge to defend her then why is he standing past her? What does him saving her even add? All it did was water down what was supposed to be the most pivotal point in the story! Just confuses things so from there on you have no clue what version of anything you're seeing.
What's the deal with cloud being an active participant in getting the black materia and handing it over to sephiroth? It's one thing when he is taken over and looses control of his body and controlled to walk it over to him in the OG, but what's the deal with him loosing every ounce of animosity he has for sephiroth all that time, but still being conscious?
What's the deal with the post battle where he tells Aerith to wake up and she opens her eyes? If cloud saved her in the original reality that he stops the deathblow, why does the rest of the party see her die as well? If that was in a different reality than the one the party was in, she should still be alive when the party reaches the alter since it was a different timeline that she died in, I don't get how it glitches away to a different reality to show her die, but doesn't switch back when the rest of the party shows up?
Zack chooses to go see Hojo about Cloud instead of Biggs at the reactor, but they show a different scenario where he does catch up with Biggs. So basically they are saying that every possible scenario plays out between as many divergent worlds as there are.
Aerith gives cloud the active white materia when they come out of their comas and then is able to send him back to the world they know where the rest of the party is waiting and even though cloud is unconscious for that entire dream sequence, Aerith wakes too, but is also up and running through the fog to get separated from the party in their world while her consciousness is in the alt world with cloud and stays behind to let Sephiroth kill her there too?
I really would have preferred them not fucking around with every bit of the end of disc 2. Cloud was supposed to walk her body into the waters at the alter and let her sink down into the depths like her white materia did. Not tell her to wake up and act like he's some ghost whisperer acting like nothings wrong when the rest of the party is acting like she died, but it was the world with the party that he saved her. She should still be alive in the reality the rest of the party exist in. Would have been so much better to just let it happen the way it always had. But adding Zack telling Cloud to save aerith and having any reality that he saves her at the alter the way the story showed, and then acting like that never happened when in other instances they imply that every alternative coexist which is why we see Zack play out both of the options he had, so then why is there not still a reality where the events that played out the way the player experiences?
Also the weapons were supposed to awaken when Sephiroth acquires the Black materia weren't they?
How does Cloud end up with the fucking black materia at the end of this installment!? That is the entire motive surrounding disc 3. What threat does sephiroth even pose now that he doesn't have the means to summon meteor!? And it just integrates into the Buster Sword!? No slot required for the black materia I guess.
That watered down ending was way too much. It was nowhere near as heartbreaking as the original, which is sad to say. They should have just had it happen, not make it a weird haze of it kind of happened because it didn't happen in this world, but did in that world and now all the sudden it happened in the world it didn't happen in also!? Gimme a break. None of that was needed. If the game plan was for her to be killed at the end of the day then just have that be the way the plot unfolds!

Last night, they slept near eachother on the perch, but tonight they are stacked one on top of the other. I've seen society finches cuddle stacking, but I've seen nothing about zebra finches in particular doing that. Is that normal behaviour for all finches? Or should I cover them at night?
