I bought a Hyper x Cloud 2 Wireless on 24 December 2021, and i had the headset working perfectly for 2 years, until my dongle stopped working randomly on December 2023, the headset light up and shows the headset on my Windows Config, but the dongle doesn't light up, and i can't listen to anything on the computer. I tried to contact the Hyper X support, but i only received a reply on August 2024, and they said that they can't do nothing cause my guarantee was expired, so i tried to buy another dongle from AliExpress, but the dongle is almost 300 Reais (52 dollars), so i have a headset that i bought for 1000 Reais (170 dollars) that randomly stopped working and i can't use it anymore, just because Hyper X doesn't want to sell the dongle that i need to have my Headset working,

I've been really struggling to secure meetings with directors and VPs in the IT sector. Forget meetings—they don't even pick up calls or respond to emails or LinkedIn messages. Despite this, my manager keeps pushing me to get meetings.
I work in an MNC technology consulting company with revenue of $4 billion and a workforce of 100,000 people. My vertical is Retail and CPG for the Americas, and our target accounts are limited to just 65 companies, all with revenue over $1 billion.
While my company is somewhat known in the market, we primarily rely on incoming RFPs to generate business. The expectation is to secure 4 meetings in a month, but even that has been an uphill battle.
Has anyone faced similar challenges? How do you navigate like this? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
