Before we get to the offer I wish to give you some background about myself - My name is Dominik, I'm a personal trainer and a nutrition consultant, as well as a powerlifter. Each day of the meal plans is unique and has 5 meals, so in total you're getting 300 different meal ideas - no two will be completely the same. There are no supplements in the meal plan, so there's no meals like "1 scoop of protein powder".
These plans are made of natural foods that can be found in every decently equipped grocery store, with a couple of 'cheat-ish' ones to add some extra variety. The meals won't be complicated to make, nor won't take a lot od time to prepare, and only require basic cooking and seasoning skills. Every ingredient as well as meal has its macronutrient values precisely calculated to one decimal and of course listed next to it.
There are more complex, as well as very simple meals, and due to an easy to read design it's also very simple to switch meals up if you don't like certain ones.

I am planning to pick up the medical exams on Wednesday to send them since I received an RFE from USCIS last Monday, the 18th, because my 2022 medical exams are already expired and they asked me to send it again. They are now ready. I just have to pick it up on Wednesday the 27th, but I don't know if I should mail it that same day since the next day is Thanksgiving and the next day, the 29th, is not a holiday, but maybe USCIS is not working that day. I was also waiting for Monday, December 2nd to send it by FedEx priority overnight
Do you think that USCIS works on Friday the 29th and if I send the exams on Wednesday and I send them that same day, USCIS can receive them on Friday the 29th since the previous day, Thursday the 28th, is Thanksgiving and we know that it is a holiday but the next day is not. I am talking about Friday the following day.

Hi i am 29M non smoker, non alcoholic. Has an illness anxiety disorder.
Hi I have a low grade fever (37.7 C) and I can feel that my heart is pounding. I checked my pulse rate and its between 100-125 bpm. Should I be worried? The reason why I have a fever is bec of tonsillitis. Could this be a sign that I catch a rheumatic heart disease? Thank you

So i have been working my super small channel since about july. I have had 234 subscribers for pretty much the same period since i changed the name of the channel. Now i get 40 to 80 views in the first 24 hours and then it cools right off and over the next week it might get to 100 views. Where before this change is was getting a few hundred before the cool off. I get positive comments i have a nearly 100% like rate but still the channel is slowly dying. Could it have been from a simple name change (all i did was added my co-hosts name to the channel) or could it be people just don't like my content.
Just looking for opinions on why this could have happened..

2024.11.24 23:50 EternalMydNyt What’s the best way to farm both A-xp and normal XP without entering the very final dungeon?
I’m working on powering myself up to take on the Apocalypse Dragon. Currently I have everyone in their Royal archetypes and am farming the A-xp items that way to direct all the A-xp into Will so I can get the achievement for mastering all Archetypes with him.
I know character levels don’t affect your stats much but every little bit helps. Im currently in my low 60s with everyone and about to fight the Dragon Temple superboss.
I tried to give the Apocalypse dragon a shot first so I could lower difficulty to Storyteller afterwards but I just don’t have the damage to take him out before his rage timer expires and he 9999 nukes my whole party. I had him almost half dead. So I need to slightly more then double my damage output.
I’m also 100% willing to listen to strategies for that fight that don’t include farming for Sublime Spoonfuls. Every website on the internet offers that strategy and it’s just not really an option for me.
In case anyone was wondering, in my last attempt I used Will, Strohl, Hulkenberg, and Heismey. Everyone in their Royal archetypes. Using Royal Slash, Brave Blade, Adamant Nightblade, and Holy Knights Proclamation. Whenever Hulkenberg got an extra turn she would use it on Thunderstrike Thrust.
I was consistently doing about 300-500 damage per attack. Everyone had their inherits specced towards critical hits, with Will having Almighty Boost and Strohl having Slash Boost. Heismey had a healing spell for when I need it. I never really had a problem with anyone going down. Hulkenberg tanked 90% of the attacks no problem and Heismey kept her healthy. Everyone has fire immunity.

Hi Memphis fans!
I am attending my first Grizzlies game this upcoming Wednesday - but admittedly as a Pistons fan. I am flying in from Denver to take my stepdad, mom, and younger sisters. We haven't been to a game together in over 12 years, and this will be my mom's first ever basketball game.
It's something we are all very much looking forward to. We are also really excited about seeing the Grizzlies - hopefully a healed Ja as well! My stepdad introduced me to the NBA when I was just 9, and it's one of the biggest connections we have. Not only do I love my team, I love the game - and the Grizzlies have some of my favorite current players (Ja, Smart, JJJ). My stepdad is also an alum of Purdue, and a big Edey fan. So win or lose, we're just thrilled to be there.
I am trying to see if I can surprise my family with access to pregame shootaround for both teams or just the Pistons. I am happy to pay for access, I am just unable to find the route to that or who to talk to about the opportunity.
